So sorry to hear that this restaurant is closing. The servers were so great with a smile on their faces despite knowing that their jobs woul d be gone.

Permanently closed as March 2026. Was a good option in Sherwood Park.

The drinks were great, ambiance was fantastic with good service. Just a little bit disappointed by the quality of the food, steak overcooked, some flavors missing in the banh mi.

They were incredible. An excellent example of how to handle when dishes have been made incorrectly. We ordered two spring salmon entrees, both were completely uncooked in the middle. We just asked them to re-fire the fillets, but they completely remade the dishes and comp’d them. We wouldn’t have requested that, but proves why we PYRO is a family favourite.

It was unfortunate and surprising that there was a 20% auto gratuity, over $100 for a dinner for four people. And our waiter came by maybe three times, I poured our wine and served our table without assistance. Felt like if there is auto tip of 20% they should hold up their end of the service. The food was only ok. Overpriced for the food, service and atmosphere.
