Puerto Madero - Cancun

Amazing from the time we sat down.

These folks have had a tough time surviving during pandemic. Their attitude was still positive and they did everything possible to make us have a great experience.

Martin, our server, was excellent. He made our experience better in every way.

Delicious food and great view

Buen ambiente. Los servidores muy amables pero el servicio súper lento y desorganizado. Los meseros corriendo en medio del restaurante. Tienes q esperar demasiado hasta para el agua.

La comida estaba buena, pero nada especial o único.
El Pulpo súper suave y con muy bien sabor, pero las papas de acompañante saladas!

El American Wagyu muy mediocre, la temperatura incorrecta y nada especial, pero los hongos deliciosos.

Recomendaríamos la ensalada de cangrejo y el mix sampler fueron lo mejor!

Además de su excelente variedad de vinos.

Great food and service in Cancun.

Best meal ever!! Sashimi appetizers r to fresh made Caesar Salad to the grilled octopus!! Fantastic meal!! Excellent service and spectacular view!! Loved it all!!

Awesome food

Our server was great-attentive without being too invasive. Food was tasty-the grilled crab legs especially were yummy. Good wine list-we have become fans of Mexican reds over the past fee years. We would definitely return the next time we vacation in Cancun.

Dos veces he ido a comer al Puerto Madero en Cancun, por eso decidi.

Does and service not the same as always, very disappointed, I don’t think I’m coming back plus the prices went up, which I don’t mind to pay when everything it’s excellent, but not this time :(

Amazing food! Must try the steak, baked potato, and grill asparagus! Celebrated our anniversary here and got this amazing chocolate cake!

Las entradas buenas . Pedimos un corte de carne , lomo , lo pedimos de cocción 3/4 y lo trajeron más que cocido , quemada . Pésima experiencia en un Restaurant que he visitado por muchos años . Lo pague por educación , pero no debieron siquiera traerlo a la mesa en esa condición , menos cobrarlo .

We have eaten at Puerto Madero multiple times each year since 2005. Food and service have been consistently great.

Excellent food, service and location, especially if you are able to be seated outdoors on the deck. A bit pricey, but that is to be expected given the Hotel Zone location.

The manager (young guy) is very unprofessional and inexperienced. Fire him.

Everything was great....the manager at the front desk...young guy..dark blue shirt is very inexperienced and unprofessional......he should be terminated....

Service makes all the difference... went Monday and had a great experience. Príncipe maya was our waiter. Came back Thursday and the service was poor.

Ok people say that Harry's is a must when you're in cancun. But I prefer this place over any other restaurant I tried in Cancun! The food is to die for and omg their strawberry margaritas!!! I had about 5 of them and I regret not drinking more. Everyone is really nice from the moment you walk into the door to the moment you head out. The only thing I really disliked is, I ended up going with 6 more people and there is a specific person who likes spending money it seems the waiters noticed that and kept their attention more focused on that person than the rest of the party. Also, I didn't really appreciate that when it came to paying the bill the waiter was standing 1 table away looking at us.

Puerto Madero is fabulous! I’ve been to Cancun 3 times and every time I come I make sure to go to Puerto Madero. The table side Caesar salad is to die for. The wagyu steak is incredibly flavorful. The presentation on the Irish Coffee is worth getting alone. Great restaurant, don’t miss out!

Phenomenal! Some of the freshest and best prepared fish I’ve ever had in a beautiful atmosphere! Exquisite service! Don’t miss!

Extremely good service and food!

Miguel and Abner provided absolute 5 Star service during our entire meal. Not to mention, the food was impeccable. Truly 5 stars across the board. We had the smoked Marlin, oysters and empanadas for an appetizer then followed it up with Surf & Turf and Crab Tortellini as a main course. Every single thing was incredible. We will be back and highly recommend trying this place.

Service was outstanding. Views from outside seating were great. And the food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Birthday dinner

Puerto Madero maybe the most comfortable, pampered serviced restaurant in the Cancun hotel zone. The food selection is diverse and excellent. Our leader waiter was Martin who prepared excellent drinks, prepared an artful table side Caesar salad and just treated us well. Our special food treats were crab and lobster tuna rolls as well as the tortellini stuffed with king crab. Just ver the top dining experience (food, service and ambience).
