First time here and very nice. Similar to sister restaurant Cambalache. Prices higher and more extensive fish options. Would go again even though prices are a little high for some options. Beautiful view from nearly every table !

Excellent Service!!! Could not have been better. Manuel, Beltran and Gerardo were exceptionally good at taking care of us. The food was equally as good as the service. So much flavor and great presentation and the table side preparations were the best part. The attention to detail was fabulous. We went back the next night and are going again once more before we leave. Oh, I almost forgot how beautiful the sunset view was also.

Great service, superb ambiance. The only stain on our experience is that we were sitting outside. We were next to a smoking station. There was a man that was told he could smoke next to our table, the smoker asked if he should go outside the restaurant to do so, our own waiter asked him why he wanted to go outside of the restaurant to smoke, the smoker pointed at our table as being the reason, our waiter shrugged his shoulders as if it didn’t matter and told him you should smoke right next to our table. Wont be going back.

The service is impeccable, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful! On our trip to Cancun every year, we always make sure to make more than one trip to enjoy Puerto Madero!

Food was very tasty, I highly recommend the chorizo and the proveleta. I thought the prices were a bit high, but I suppose that's because it's a touristy area. Service was great, I would definitely go back!

Everything in this restaurant is unique from the martini bar that comes to your table to the tableside dessert coffee where your liquor is a lava flowing fire. The menu has something for everyone. The salads were diverse, fresh and they will divide it for 2. Lobster bisque very good. We split white fish. Cut like butter. Very safe. My only complaint would be the waiters who are friendly and efficient, seem stressed, running about. Almost running. We did not feel hurried tho. Music a little loud for us, but not intolerable. Beautiful place to see sunset. Big windows. We would come hear again.

When we arrived, having made our Birthday dinner celebration reservation through Opentable, they claimed they could not find our reservation in their system. We were given a table in a poor location of the restaurant. The food was mediocre. Service was average. At the end of our meal, they brought a slice of birthday cake and candle for my wife. The notice that the occasion was a celebration of my wife’s birthday was part of the Opentable reservation, thereby proving that they did indeed have our Opentable reservation. I would never eat at this restaurant again, and do not recommend it to anyone.

Always a good meal while in Cancun. The 3 baby Maine lobsters entree are sweet. Table side prepared Caesar salad is the best. Highly recommended.

It’s a special restaurant. The food is superb. We look forward to visiting this restaurant every time to come to Cancun.

They cannot even make a chocolate martini correctly. It was disgusting. They did not wear proper masks, only face shield. Our server repeatedly flip up his face shield which we reminded him to put it back on. Face shield is already like nothing, not much protection. The server seven want to skip it. If we knew beforehand, we would not even go dine there. Food is ok. Nothing special. The only plus is the sunset view. We told them it’s a birthday celebration but they did nothing for us even we ordered our own dessert

Excellent service, food, drinks and atmosphere! We throughly enjoyed our evening at Puerto Madero! Lovely outdoor seating area with a beautiful view. Nice music at an appropriate volume for ease of conversation during our cocktails and dinner. We will return soon and highly recommend Puerto Madero to friends and family.
