Excelente comida y servicio
Very good food and service.
The dinner was outstanding and Katherine provided us excellent service.
The steaks were awesome. I really enjoyed it. We will be going back.
Food was great and our server, Laura, did an excellent job!
Beautiful view amazing food excellent service.
Elegant place to have lunch and dinner. Food was great and the value was average.
It never fails...the food and service is always awesome.
Is a good place to celebrate any occasion and even if you're not celebrating anythit's I give them a excellent Qualification
I really like this place
The food was so good! Expensive price point but the portions are big enough for two.
Great dinner and amazing service !
Another great meal and SUPER SERVICE by Antione
I was craving their awesome South African Lobster tail. Again, it did not disappoint. Absolutely the best 🥳
Prime Cuts is truly a jewel in east county, we thoroughly enjoyed the freshly prepared menu items, great selections of seafood and vegetables…our server Judy is fantastic!
We were here during the summer and the service in terms of getting food was reasonable. We dined here on New Year's Day and we waited an hour and 15 minutes before we were served dinner and we were one of the first people there at 5:00. Wait staff is exceptional. Food time unreasonable this time.
Food and service were excellent but it was a little pricey.
Celebrated my birthday
Great food! Jaenne is a great waitress. Beautiful
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful.
Very pretty. There was a Lou Rawls kind of vocalist on a Wednesday night. The prices however have gone up considerably. The dining credits aren’t enough for what you get. I was still hungry….
Our first dining at Prime Cuts restaurant, it was the best! The food was great, our server Christina was fabulous and the layout of the dining was warm and inviting. We truly had a fabulous time.
A phenomenal culinary journey! An old fashioned began the meal – ideal to complement the orange-honey butter on amazing sourdough bread. The amuse bouche - herb goat cheese baked in a light, flaky pastry and a garnish of compressed, pickled baby beets and candied kumquat - offered delightful glimpses into the chef's style; an accurate forecast to my imminent fortune. Cauliflower and potato bisque arrived next. I'll admit, I thought this combination was a little odd. However, these doubts were swiftly cast aside with the first spoonful - superb seasoning, not too heavy, creamy-smooth texture, and a perfect portion. Then came a refreshing kale salad with pomegranate and candied walnuts, dressed with a lovely vinaigrette. The palate-cleansing fourth course, a cranberry mojito sorbet, was truly something special; I need an entire tub of it to bathe in! The sorbet not only expertly prepared my palate for the main course but, it made my taste buds and palate come together for a bachata! Palate properly cleansed and old fashioned now empty, I was ready for the main course and a proper wine pairing. Scotty, my incredible and highly knowledgeable bartender, recommended a Syrah from a local vineyard that proved to perfectly accompany the roasted rack of lamb. Ordered medium rare, the lamb arrived a solid medium – the reason for a 4-star rating on the food. Despite the misstep with temperature, it was still exceptionally tender and juicy. The pistachio-citrus crust was simply divine. Lamb laid on a bed of savory bread pudding, chanterelle mushrooms, roasted squash, and cranberry compote made this a truly sublime Christmas night meal. A delightful rum cake with Chantilly cream and fresh fruit properly closed the meal with another magnificent idea from Scotty – Whistle Pig Rye. Overall, a marvelous meal – its greatness amplified ten-fold by Scotty’s fantastic conversation, exceptional service, entertaining and welcoming personality, as well as his beverage selections!
It was 3 when we arrived, they said need to get last call at 3:30 we order fish and chicken and it never arrive
Everything was delightful...... Misty was a great server ....and I can't say enough about Maverick......he's attentive, polite, and goes beyond the limits to me sure you're enjoying your experience at prime cuts.....
Best place for Sunday brunch
Nice view and nice bar
Prime Cut Steakhouse in one of my most favorite dining venue in San Diego. The place is very classy with excellent ambiance. I dine there almost every week because I love the place so much!
Great service. Very attentive.
As always, the food was delicious and plentiful. Would like to compliment our waitress, Jaquelin --- she was very efficient, fast, friendly and delightful and a real asset to your staff! As always, the occasion was very pleasant and rewarding.
Waited too long to get the foods served after finished the foods there was less time to spend on gambling. In addition, you are not paid attention if you are alone.
The best place for dinner thanks i will come back soon again
I love this restaurant. The view is amazing and the restaurant has a nice ambience you feel fancy. Our server Christina was the best. She was very welcoming, attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the halibut and she was so right it was very delicious.
American bone in ribeye was incredible. Lobster Mac and cheese was delicious.
The restaurant was busy but not so busy to where we had to wait on our food for OVER 1.5 hrs. We saw our waitress 3 times!! She was all over the restaurant and practically ignored our table. She paid attention to other tables more than ours. We saw Jacqueline about our food as she was passing by and asked her an ETA. She went to check and came out immediately with our plates. Coincidence? I think NOT! You can tell they had been sitting there. Out of 4 steaks ordered, 1 was hot..all the others were room temperature and flavorless. Its a shame because the ambience was nice and the menu had potential. Told the manager on duty about the poor service and all he said was "sorry." Wasn't sincere AT ALL. We wanted to like the restaurant so much but alas, it's a no go. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
The new Bistro dining on Saturday from Noon till 3pm is delicious! Food and menu selection was outstanding. And nice to have a lunch dining option at Prime Cut.
We had the 32oz Wagyu Tomahawk steak, which basically melted in our mouths, and the lobster tail, which was cooked perfectly. It proved to be one of the best meals we've ever had, even after just recently eating at a Michelin Star restaurant. Christina was our server and she was great. She gave us some great wine recommendations and helped guide us in making the right choice for pairing with the delicate steak. The ambiance was quiet and the decor was upscale and modern, with beautiful holiday decorations. It would be nice if the steak house had a dress code.
The food is good but not for the price,
The wine very expensive a wine of 73 dlls sells for 175 dlls, without a decanter , Cesar salad chopped? No way…. The halibut mernier , nothing close to be mernier,
Didn’t try the beef so expensive and don’t wanted to be disappointed
Didn’t feel like beef that day…
Service was good, , ambience very good
It was the most satisfying meal we have ever tasted. Plus the amazing customer service that Primecut provides….
A culinary delight
Jacqueline was our waitress. Superb service. Very kind and patient with our group.. She had a couple of helpers as well who all gave us excellent service and attention. Thank you!
