Excelent service

Great to be back at Changs the outside tent a good option to outside dinning.

I always go to Chang’s... but this time TOTALLY SUCKED.. Service was super slow... took 1 hour for main courses to come to the table.. Server forgot all appetizers... no refills, wanted another alcoholic beverage... and we sat next to a loud heater... I’m so bummed.. The waitress was nice and sweet... and was apologetic..but still....

Great evening out, they followed all protocols and had a fantastic time.

Date night/Valentines day

Closest Mission Valley and La Jolla was not able to book on opentable then, so I went to Chula Vista location. At the time it was outdoor dining only, but it was fine because seating was spaced out well. I read other reviews that the manager at Chula Vista had a bad attitude towards people who booked through opentable. So ya the manager was not friendly when I checked in, but I didn’t have to interact with him too much after that. We ordered the PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Orange Chicken, Peking Duck and for drinks we got draft Asahi, old fashion, and a margarita. Drinks were good. The chicken lettuce wrap was very good and crispy. The duck was so so, nothing special. I probably won’t be coming back but it wasn’t so bad and wanted to try it at least one time.

We had a horrible experience the store manager was very rude I had to wait for about 45 minutes until I decided to go in to open table and get a reservation which is ridiculous I will not recommend this place at all

Flavorful Gourmet Chinese Food. Every dish was seasoned perfectly. Will return.

The taste of the food menu items has decreased over the years and seems to have less flavor than before the ginger chicken had hardly any flavor. we requested extra ginger sauce which made it taste actually flavorful. for some reason the flavor is no longer as tasty as it used to be I don't think we will be coming back again.

Food was not very good. Ordered the sweet & sour chicken and it was dry. My husband ordered Kung pao chicken and found it dry as well. Prefer the mom & pop type restaurants instead. Will not be returning.

Always enjoy dining there. The changes to accommodate our current restrictions are not ideal but satisfactory.

Kudos to P F Chang's for remaining open for curbside pickup when dine in was not available and now that they are open in the dining room as well as patio, that gives a lot of flexibility to dining there.

When arriving hostess mentioned, my reservation did not appeared. That they had stop using One table app a while back, did mention I received a confirmation back from OneTable to confirm my reservation. She mentioned it was impossible, since they were not using the app service.
It was odd that both hostess were not using masks at all.

A wonderful lunch experience today and we were the only guests. Covid-19 kept people away. Adan was an attentive waiter and the food was its normal GREAT! The hostess was quick to greet us and show us to a nice booth. It was a quiet lunch, but as usual a very delicious meal. It's sad to see such a great place in a time like this, but we understand.

New menu is limited and some classics are gone. Service is slow.

I love coming to PF Changs. The food is never disappointing and the service is always great. I enjoyed my night out tremendously because of how everything was taken care of.

It was okay - very over priced for the food. And we waited 30 minutes on our reservation.... wouldn’t go out of my way to attend again.

Nice place

This was an early Valentine's Day dinner because we had other plans during the actual Day. Nicole was our server. We arrived early and the energy grew as we enjoyed our meal. Nicole was helpful in answering our few questions and our meal was served quickly. It was wonderful. By the time we finished the energy level was fairly high, but it's always a great thing to enjoy our food while watching others enjoy their time and meal, too.

Excelente servicio

We went there for my mother's 77th birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it an exceptional evening for her, she left very happy and so were we.

Dinner with my son . We were craving lettuce wraps and Chang’s spicy chicken. Service was good. I am really taking advantage of open table.

Everything was excellent

Good food, good service and great atmosphere!

Daughters flew in for the holidays.

Wife and kids went for dinner. Was nice, portions sizes were good. We will be going back but be sure to book a table as the first attempt we tried just showing up and it was a 2 hour wait.

Always a great meal, but do make a reservation. They are very busy.

Hostess put us on the “list” even though we had a reservation. Our waitress was very nice and provided good service. The food was slightly bland, and over priced. The ambiance was nice.

For some reason the Kung Pao chicken is always pretty dry. Guess it’s just their recipe. Would be more enjoyable if it had sauce accompanying the meal. I like Chang’s...just wish this meal had more sauce
