P.F. Chang's - El Paso - Fountains at Farah

Our waitress was so awkward and dry with us but with other tables was all happy go lucky felt very ugly to not be offered things other people did . Our food was okay but was never offered any drink refills and didn’t even get utensils I had to go ask the host for some so disappointing will not be back

Our table as ready at the patio when we got there, food and drinks were great. Server came pretty often to see if everything was good.. We highly recommend.. we go there weekly.

Ourside patio was perfect... our waitress was akways there to assist us.. i highly recommend it... food, service was excellent.

Great service, good food, but hated the fact that they ran out of california rolls and egg rolls. We had a reservation at 7:30pm, We were celebrating a birthday, and my daughter wanted these two items and yet they ran out. She basically didnt eat anything because of this issue.

P.F. Chang's El Paso -Fountains is a very nice location with plenty of open space.
Unfortunately, it is a place where you come to beg for service. We were a large group; when folks finished with the main entrees the server did not bother to produce dessert menus and/or ask for coffee orders. Terrible... Throughout our visit continually had to chase the server to order and/or check on order status.

Food was Ok. Not a place that I recommend or will bother to visit again!

When you make a reservation on open table make sure you call to confirm with P.F. Chang’s. I did and it didn’t go through so when I called the restaurant the hostess made the reservation.

We enjoyed our experience however, we ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce and it was too sweet. I had not had it in awhile and it seems like the recipe changed? Will not ever order again, and it used to be my favorite. Everything else was good.

PF Chang’s did not honor our reservation on New Years Eve. The establishment said the reservation never crossed over. I don’t believe that as I have a confirmation from open table.

Phenomenal! Honestly, this is the best PF Changs we’ve ever eaten at.

When we got there we were greeted by a rude hostess with the surprise that we did not have a reservation, as I was pulling my phone out to look up my reservation she asked “oh did you make it thru OpenTable? Because our system is not working for that app”. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue I was getting lectured on what app I should have used until I stopped her and told her to just get me a table. I’m very disappointed at the lack of customer service by the front of the house, if they know they have an issue with OpenTable they should either fix it or remove their restaurant from the app, and offer better service to those of us unaware of this issue.

I would like to give this location a better review, however they tend to have issues with OpenTable and reservations not showing up. My last experience was no different. Missing reservation, albeit they were able to accommodate, the trend is a little frustrating when business guests arrive before the host. A couple times our waitress was missing.

When I got there I was told I didn’t have a reservation through open table.

We arrived in time and there was NOT a reservation for us. I was glad I printed off my reservation notice. Staff picked right up, put a nice table together with a great waitress and we all rebounded nicely.

Waitress Melissa was next to useless, saw her three times the whole night , 2x for drinks and the check . Didn’t bother checking on us after we received our food. No manager to be found anywhere , he didn’t bother checking on guests. Save your money , woulda rather went ANYWHERE IN the fountains . Even Lins buffet woulda been better
