Located at McEwen Northside, Perry’s is serving its first greater Nashville-area location in Franklin, Tennessee. Perry’s Cool Springs is bringing our award-winning menu, impeccable ambiance, unique signatures, tableside presentations and exceptional service for DINE-IN or TO-GO. Our 11,000-square-foot space can host up to 350 guests, inviting all to soak up and savor the Perry’s experience.     It was my wifes birthday. And I had a few of her friends to join her in an evening of fin and laughter.

    If you’re just going for the food and money is no object, this is a good spot for you. I wanted the whole experience, but there were several gaps. I’m not sensitive to noise usually, but it was so loud we couldn’t hear our waiter. The service was poor. There was mass confusion at check in for our reservation, we were walked to a table then walked back to the front and told nothing, eventually being told it would be a few minutes after I finally asked if we should return to the bar. Our waiter was pleasant, but not very attentive. It took way too long to get our drinks, and it took so long to get our food that we were at our table for two hours before we finished our meal. You expect more when you pay almost $300 for two people. We won’t be back.

    My daughter ordered her steak medium well and it came to the table rare. I was not informed that my meal was not available until everybody else was about to be served. The least they could have done is discounted our bill or given me a free desert. I was very disappointed and will not go back,

    Server was great! Food was great! Manager seemed to be hovering over the servers in an uncomfortable way. It is very loud there for a steakhouse. Overall we would go back.

    Great service, and love that they have vegetarian/vegan options. Also, try the pumpkin cheesecake!!

    I believe our servers name was Liam, he did a great job. When asked he provided recommendations. Those recommendations were spot on. Sea bass was well prepared and presentation was beautiful. My shoes had the scallop pasta and it was delicious. The creme brûlée was very good. We really appreciate you offering non-alcoholic drinks. A wonderful experience.
