Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Oxley House Cocktail Bar & Restaurant for our Elegant American Wine Dinner. This exclusive dining experience will feature a six-course menu, meticulously crafted by our Executive Chef, Carlos Ramirez, with expertly curated wine pairings presented by Rebekah Rovira. The evening will begin with a Social Hour at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM. Savor some of America's finest culinary delights and wines from celebrated regions across the country. Tickets are $100 per person or $185 per couple, plus tax and a 20% gratuity. Treat yourself to an exquisite night of flavors, fine wine, and elegance. Service was slow, but she was friendly. Food was good but a limited selection. Portions are good. Steak was cooked well. I would go back.

Our reservation was for the Main Dining Room, but we were seated in a private event room which is in the back beside the kitchen and galley. This was a birthday celebration for my son, his teenage children and parents, and his friends. We wanted him be the center of the dinner celebration, but we were set up at tables of 4; we moved 2 tables together, but he was not able to interact with everyone, many of whom live out of town, as he does, and they don't see each other very often. I was disappointed for him; not what we were expecting. The set-up was certainly not festive. The restaurant manager and host were not very welcoming; seemed aggravated that we were there. I had been communicating with the sales manager in advance and she was most helpful, but the on-site staff were not as professional. However, our waitress was very nice and efficient, although a bit overwhelmed; also love the bartender Mercedes!

First time here and it was an excellent experience! The dishes were perfect: highly recommend the cauliflower bites and beet salad. The burger was also delicious. The service was good and the ambiance very nice. There was live music in the adjoining bar but it want to loud to talk. The prices were very reasonable for the high quality of the food. We will be back next time we are in Elkins!

Ambiance upon arrival hinted to a better experience than we ended up having. It’s a nice venue and seems like it has most of the elements of a really nice restaurant, but the execution of service and food quality left a lot to be desired at this price point. The appetizers honestly tasted much better and were plated nicer than the entrees.

Really nice restaurant! We stayed at the Tygart hotel that is attached. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. We had a late reservation and food was high quality and fresh. Highly recommend!

Great service and food was delicious, especially the shrimp cocktail. Service was very good and server remembered our visit in early August. Wine selection is good but pours were a little short.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous renovation. Our server was nice. Not sure they are ready. Food was ok but not memorable.

A bit chaotic at the beginning and they were out of several menu items right at the start…it was a 7:15 reservation on a Friday. But, with patience and understanding, the food starred and was tremendous. Shrimp cocktail plentiful, cold and large.👍House salad, typical but extremely well done. A pleasure to eat. 👍 Roasted chicken, amazing. Had broccolini in lieu of collard greens, no problem. Burger with bacon jam and blue cheese, delish. Unusual house made fries. 👍 To finish, a lovely warm toffee cake with vanilla ice cream and caramel. 👍 Drinks a bit of a challenge with the advertised Sauvignon Blanc unavailable and an under- poured albeit well-made gin martini. Need to raise the bar on the olives. Tiny pimento stuffed waifs didn’t work. All in all we left satisfied.
