Very good food. A bit on the pricey side. Service is very good and prompt. I have enjoyed my experience and would visit again next time when I am in the neighborhood.

Our waitress was wonderful, sweet and attentive. However, the restaurant was shortstaffed so service was slow. I do understand that it was a holiday weekend. Overall our waitress was the highlight of the dining experience the brunch was mediocre best

Ox & Ocean has good food, but they are poorly staffed. Luckily, we made a reservation for our party a couple of months ahead. Wish there were nightly dinner specials outside of the Prime Rib only offered on Sunday.

We made reservations for Sunday brunch to celebrate upcoming nuptials. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told we had to wait till 10:30 our reservation time to be seated. We were seated at 10:30, order pretty quickly and by 11:30 we had not received our food. We complained to management, who then return with our food, but every one of our meals was cold, not even lukewarm but cold. We chose to leave rater then waiting for the orders to be remade. They were highly under-staffed and not prepared for a busy summer Sunday. A huge disappointment as the review were very lovely.

The food was good as well as the portions. My only issue with this restaurant is the timing of the food. Kids ordered burgers which only arrived after the adults had eaten all their food which was about 40 minutes later. Not sure if this is the fault of the kitchen or our server.

This place is phenomenal for the Oxnard area. The drinks are some of the best ive had. Had their seasonal scallop aguachile!!! Die for !!! The porkchop is the most tender pork chop with acorn puree!

The Kale salad was terrible and overpriced. It was "baby kale" and looked like leaves from a tree. Did not resemble any kale I have ever seen. A handful of leaves with chicken for $26
