Set in a cozy 1920's Parisian Bistro décor, "Once Upon A Time In France" is all Francophiles and food lovers have ever dreamed of:
*Friendly small neighborhood bistro,
*Authentic traditional French Food,
*Over 75 French wines, European beers, and delicious beverages carefully selected!

The concept is our country’s favorite: a Bistro.
A french Bistro is usually a quaint and cozy neighborhood restaurant serving traditional cuisine.
But it is also usually loud, people sit close to each other, it may be hard to make your way through the restaurant, there may be servers and busers running everywhere.
We do not claim to be a fine dining establishment nor claim to have a “new cuisine” type of food, but we can guarantee that we are the only true, authentic French Restaurant in Nashville, and we guarantee that you will have a great evening in our unique little corner of France!

How We Dine In France is our new set-menu Experience: delight in a curated 6-course dinner complete with selected wine pairings, while enjoying our unique art deco ambiance, reminiscent of 1930s France. Each course comes with a story and fun facts from Chef Laurent's childhood in Lyon and his extensive knowledge of French cuisine. Such a cozy and adorable restaurant!! My friend and I loved it! We only had wine (great selection) and a meat and cheese board, which was also good. But I want to go back and try more of the food!

This restaurant was recommend by a friend. It is a hidden gem! Parking can be a challenge. The interior is quaint but not crowded. The food is excellent, from the hors d’oerves to the dessert. They offer a very nice wine list from the different French wine regions. Don’t pass this restaurant up. We will definitely be going back!!

I absolutely loved the duck confit. I was disappointed that they didn’t have French onion soup at this time. Our waitress said it is on the “winter” menu. The restaurant has a cute French like interior and our waitress was fantastic. We did not have to wait to be seated as we had a reservation and our food was brought out promptly. Also the prices are reasonable. We enjoyed our experience!
