Manolo ( el mejor bartender del mundo) y Oswaldo ( un chef increíble ), hicieron esta experiencia inolvidable. Los mejores cocktails que me he tomado en mi vida, hechos con amor y mucha dedicación. Por otro lado Oswaldo nos ofreció la experiencia Omakase y fue ESPECTACULAR. Si vienen a Tulum, este restaurante tiene que ser una parada segura.

Visitamos este lugar mi mamá y yo por primera vez y quedamos encantadas con el ambiente, la calidad de la comida y sobretodo el excelente servicio. Probamos el Omakase de siete tiempos muy rico todo, los drinks muy buenos, el martini de Lychee un must. ¡Seguro regresaremos! Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Food was great got the 9 course omakase, i hoped to be a 9 course of different sushi but it had 2 plates that was not sushi so was disappointed at the end but it clearly says that so im the one to blame for going for the omakase, but the prices are excessive, ordered 2 omakases and 4 drinks, 800 USD for 2 is the most expensive meal ive personally paid for, got a little confused on the mexican pesos but food was great

I cannot express how impressed we were! The food was the best sushi we’ve ever had. Especially the sashimi which I will be dreaming about for the rest of my life. The staff was friendly and personable. The chef was unbelievably talented and a true artist! Side perk, we went in July (off season and also a HOT month in tulum) and this restaurant had AC which also paired well with a nice quiet intimate dinner which is hard to find in so many open air, loud, chaotic restaurants/night clubs. **chefs kiss**

I went to Oishi on a whim during my honeymoon with my husband and we were not disappointed. In the middle of so many hot and loud restaurants, it was very cool and peaceful. The ambiance is top notch and the interior is beautiful, but the food was absolutely perfect. We did 7 courses and each dish was perfectly dressed and the ingredients were as fresh as you can get. Our chef was outstanding and you can tell had great passion for his work which made us even more excited to try each course. Our favorite spot in Tulum by far, we would come back just for another omakase experience.

This place takes my number 1 for sushi and experience in all of tulum. The overall ambiance sets the tone for what you’re about to experience. The Mixolgist Manolo was spot on with his recommendations and custom drinks. The sushi was unlike anything I’ve ever had, delicious, fresh, well plated and all the flavors come together to create a unique dish. Highly highly recommend this place.

This was grossly overpriced for what they offer. The whole experience was mediocre. Try Kogure instead.

My wife and I went to Oishi last night. We have had met Alfredo (the chef) in Mexico City in his little restaurant Nioi and we fell in love with him and his Japanese soul. He is a Mexican that loves Japanese cuisine and his cuisine is a mix of Mexican and Japanese. The food is amazing, high in quality and super clean. You can watch him preparing your dishes while sip a drink made with passion and love from a very compelling bartender Manolo. I love this place. I would travel from United States only to eat in this little gem in the middle of zona hotelera. Absolutely the best omakase restaurant that I have tried in my life. United States should take notes from this one. Good job guys. I will miss you !

This was the most outstanding omakase we've ever experienced (being an avid omakase explorer in many major cities worlwide). Fish is phenomenal quality; menu is very well balanced; no 'filler' dishes -- everything was delicious and artfully done. Ambience is the best in Tulum -- a refreshing escape from the nightclub atmosphere of all the other restaurants -- it is intimate, quiet and romantic. 1000& highly recommend and will revisit whenever in Tulum.

One of the best meals I have ever had…anywhere in the world. Let them choose the food; you will be rewarded with what is freshest and most inspired. Watching the chefs is like performance art, or the best cooking show. Every bite was a great big deal to make, and to watch being made and, finally, to taste a mind eat. Not for fans of huge mindless meals, this is mindful dining at its most exquisite.

Great experience. Super intimate and only seats 20 people in a round centered setting. Got to talk to the chefs and bartender who were all so welcoming and nice. The omakase was really worth it and they did a great job keeping pace and explaining each dish. Would definitely come back again.
