At Nupo, this unfolds at a custom-built, 6-seat sushi counter over 17-20 meticulously crafted courses. Rooted in Japanese traditions, the omakase incorporates rare imports from Japan alongside Canada’s finest seafood, such as Newfoundland uni, PEI bluefin tuna, and New Brunswick sturgeon caviar.
