Nobu Los Cabos
La ubicación frente al Océano Pacífico permite disfrutar de una velada en la naturaleza y de una puesta de sol espectacular.
Las maderas pulidas, los ricos matices y la iluminación tenue crean un ambiente elegante y refinado.
I have been to Nobu’s all around the world. The service here was exceptional. The food was delicious. I give five stars but, if your listening Nobu, you gotta go out of your way to rise beyond your standards of flavor and experience. Everything was great, excellent and delicious however nothing really made us go “Wow” and beat our expectations. The sauces were all one note. We tasted over powering identical flavors on different dishes- like the crew was blasting everything with yuzu kosho too much. For the price and reputation we believe you can do better. With that said I will continue to dine here and we always have a memorable experience.
On our resent trip to Cabo San Lucas, we planned to experience both newly opened properties near the Diamonte properties, Nobu & Hard Rock. There was no comparison on the restaurants we frequented. Nobu rocked and was exactly what we expected to experience based on previous Nobu dining in other countries. Service was spot on and the gap between menu items being served was perfect to our liking - not rushed unlike some comments posted by other guests. If you want fast food, find a drive thru. This is elegant dining.
Incredible service and food! It's hard to top a Nobu experience. Plan for at least 25 min drive for either traffic or to avoid traffic. This spot is out of the way but worth the trip!! Make it happen and go early to enjoy their beach view where we saw whales from the patio with cocktails! Superb!!
Came here for a dinner on my honeymoon. One of the best dinners
It was my birthday and Nobu delivered, just as always. The staff are amazing
The food was fantastic as always, but I found the service to be lacking, especially compared to the other Nobu locations. Three times we had to flag down a waiter from another table to find ours, who frequently seemed to be MIA. Aside from that issue, it was a lovely dinner.
Service very slow unlike all my other visits to Nobu here and elsewhere.
The first time I went to Nobu in Manhattan about 18 years ago it was outstanding. The second time I went in Miami it was OK. This is the third time and it has struck out. It was terrible. The food can’t even stand up to the quality at a mediocre sushi/Japanese restaurant, and to add insult to injury, for a hefty price-Not only for the food, but $25 for a glass of wine. The only reason that I didn’t give it one star in all categories is that the restaurant was lovely looking and it couldn’t have been noisy because there were very few people there. Nobu is the emperors new clothes. It has become a culinary scam.
Good, not great food. Waaaaay overpriced and even though we booked a really early reservation before hardly anyone was there (5:30 pm) - they wanted to seat us at a table at the back of the patio. Literally, no one was there, yet. Asked the hostess to move us to a table with a view and we were shown to a cocktail sofa table meant for cocktails and snacks. You know, the tables where you have to lean over your laps to eat. All this despite dressing well and making advanced reservations. Maybe it’s gauche to book on OpenTable and that’s why we got the “treatment”. Rest of service was spotty except for food runners who were helpful and kind.
I would never return to that bleak gulag looking restaurant or any other Nobu restaurants anywhere.
Service was miserable and the food is not even close to the standard expected of a nobu restaurant.
The outdoor patio is beautiful but we were seated inside next to the sushi bar. The patio had only a few table occupied and not over 20% full during the two hour dinner. I asked the host why we couldnt be seated on the patio which would have greatly improved our experience. He was rude and indicated they only have so many table and was not interested in our feedback.
Delicious- order the miso cod
Fantastic Christmas Day dinner! The Omakase was fantastic!
Everything that we had there was excellent. I liked the spicy shrimp the best, as well as a spinach salad with shrimp on the side. A lot of parmesean cheese on it, it was really good.
We had a wonderful meal. Service was great only issue was the location. It’s a drive to get there.
The restaurant setting is beautiful and inviting. However, the restaurant charges $75.00/bottle corkage fee for wine and multiple wines on the list are priced so excessively that it is unreasonable to even consider the selection. The water service at the table is also priced excessively high and to the point that one cannot even drink water at Nobu's. We were so disgusted with these items that we left after ordering one round of "rolls". We will not be back at this Nobu's if this unreasonable pricing is still in place - management needs to "wake-up" and understand that even clients that can afford to eat there do not want to be taken advantage of by poor decisions by the ownership.
Fantastic experience sushi was some of the best I have ever had extremely fresh melted in your mouth.
The only down side was the $40 cab ride back into town. We were dropped off by Uber $10 ride but restaurant would not allow uber to pick us up
It was nice but way overpriced...especially the cocktails. Value for price just not there
Great service, beautiful location, amazing food! Perfect for a date night in paradise.
The ribeye with truffle butter was exceptional along with the Caesar salad. Although a little salty, it came with these croutons that exploded in your mouth. Truly the best. The sushi I’m sorry to say was less than overwhelming. Almost every sushi restaurant in Vancouver has Nobu beat. The ambiance was spectacular, the service was bar none. I’m very happy to have had the experience though. My salary does not reflect the prices here. We definitely saved our shekels to eat here. No regrets.
Incredible evening on all levels at Nobu Cabo San Lucas. The cocktail selection pre dinner was exceptional. The food options were available to your taste and were amazing. The staff offered recommendations and were spot on. Wine pairing was excellent. It was clearly a memorable experience..
I love Nobu. The food and the service were really good. I would definitely recommend this location. You have a nice view of the water.
Eat at Nobu regularly in Dallas and have to say the food was sub-par. Food was extremely greasy which is not the traditional Nobu style. The mocha was 1/2 melting when it came out for dessert. And charging $25 for SINGLE GLASS OF WHISPERING ANGEL is absurd when u can but it in the states for $20 for a whole bottle.
Service is patchy. It’s a Japanese restaurant and there was no soy sauce on the table - took a while to get it. Asked for some hot sauce and that took 30 mins. We were done eating. Communication is tricky as well with some language barriers depending on the server so orders come out wrong. Beautiful view. Find food. Service needs work.
Everything was perfect! I wouldn’t change a thing
Dinner with friends ~ it was amazing!
I planned my birthday vacation around Nobu Los Cabos from 11/10 to 11/13/2019. We have visited the local Nobu restaurant in Malibu and have really enjoyed the meal and experience, so we had high expectations. The occasion was my 60th birthday. I made reservations in advance using OpenTable and noted that it was a special occasion to celebrate my 60th birthday. We let our butler and hotel know when we checked into the hotel that that I was celebrating my 60th birthday at Nobu on Tuesday. When we arrived at the restaurant my wife reminded them again and our server. So we were really disappointed when we asked for a dessert menu and one never arrived. After waiting over a half hour we gave up and just asked for the check. The restaurant was mostly empty so I am not sure why we were ignored or the service was so bad, but ignoring us when we asked for dessert menus was the last straw. Our waiter didn’t seem to be concerned or care when we just asked for the check. We made mention of it to the restaurant host upon leaving, our butler and to the hotel at checkout but it just got brushed off
The view is absolutely fantastic! Food was impeccable and super delicious! Attention to detail and friendly staff. A must place to dine whenever in Cabo!
Stunning restaurant and amazing menu with traditional and innovative Japanese offerings. The edamame spicey ponzu was to die for! Service was impeccable - attentive but not intrusive. Craft cocktails were interesting but pricey! Highly recommend sharing items. Of note - sitting inside is very noisy!
Aweful - lWho is very excited to see this new hotel restaurant I was totally underwhelmed.
Amazing food, service, and a beautiful location!! The rock shrimp tempura and wagyu gyoza were our favourite.
Extremely expensive as expected, but the $58 per bottle corkage fee was excessive.
I've been to Nobu Vegas and San Diego. Nobu Cabo is unique. If you've a bucket list, it's worth the visit.
But beware of the taxi fare. $45 verses $10 Uber. Beware of the $900 sake. Be prepared for a long long drive.
Service was poor. We almost felt invisible to the staff. Anniversary was not acknowledged
Food was outstanding.
Views were magnificent.
Wait Staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
Ambiance was uber cool.
It is a must on your next trip to Cabo. Has made our "to do every trip" list now!
The restaurant is beautiful and serene, the menu is Japanese Peruvian, and the service is excellent. It is a wonderful place for a leisurely celebration.
Beautiful setting and great meal as is typical with Nobu. Staff were attentive.
Absolutely incredible. From the vibe to the service and food, outstanding experience. I have been to many Nobu’s around the world and this was my favorite. Will be back, amazing way to celebrate my birthday!
Nobu is a very fine restaurant and beautiful. We live here locally in Cabo and have eaten there several times. It is really nice for a once in a lifetime experience. Very unique dishes. But it is also one of the most expensive places in Cabo, and quite a bit of a drive to get there. For a unique experience it is very nice. Six of us dined there on Friday, the bill with tip was $800 US, and we ate/ drank very moderately. Personally Cabo has a lot of other places that I prefer.
