Nado Republic

Matthew was an excellent waiter. He was attentive and funny. The food was AMAZING. Ravioli with the pink sauce. Delish. Brussel sprouts to die for! Stag's Leap Cab/Blend...amazing. Quiet and quaint and just superb!

The food was very disappointing. The bruschetta was awful. White bread toast with a tiny amount of pesto and a drop of cheese. Pastas were average. What happened to the old marinara and bolognese? So sad.

The food took over an hour to get. The service was ok but once the food arrived, was cold like it had been sitting there. They gave us free wine for waiting but it was still a bit disappointing since we were there for a birthday.

SUCH DELICIOUS FOOD! THANK YOU NADO REPUBLIC FOR A WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE! WE HAD THE KALE SALAD, THE SALMON AND THE BOLOGNESE.

This is a must stop anytime you’re in Coronado!! I’ve never been disappointed. The food & wine selection is amazing!!

Had a wonderful meal and excellent service. Outdoor seating has plenty of heating, and was very nicely done. Brussels Sprouts were delicious, as well as the pasta entry and caprese salad. Will definitely go back!

Our favorite restaurant in Coronado! Food and service were exceptional. My entree was served 5 minutes later than the other guests at my table, and the restaurant treated us with a free tiramisu! We will absolutely be coming back.

Just an overall bad experience. Dinner without drinks, appetizers, or dessert took almost two hours. Table behind us had to ask for their salad more than three times. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and lasagna was bland. No bread served, no sides, just bad.

Amazing meal and great service always a charm eating at this gem of a restaurant!!

We got to the restrurant early for our reservation and were shown an eight people table for the four of us. We decided to wait until our reservation for a more appropriate table. We asked if we coud get a glass of wine, and had to ask several times. we wee seated late for our reservation and when we were seated, it was at the same eight person table. No one asked if we wanted any bread while waiting for the waiter. The service seemed like they has just opened which I was willing to give them a break on. When we aske dour server how long they had been opened, he said "two years". Food was good and would recommend them more for take out than dine in.

We had an amazing experience here! Very authentic Italian restaurant. The food was amazing and they staff was extremely accommodating. Will 100% be going back here next time I’m in San Diego!

Perfect Valentines Day dinner with my wife and 2 daughters. Easily booked on Open Table, showed up to a great reserved table under a heater and started on drinks and appetizers. The food is so fresh we almost didn’t feel worthy of it. Dinner was even better! Love the staff and the ambiance. Wasn’t our first time and won’t be our last.

Let me start off by saying Sandro and staff are all top notch!!....they make dining at Nado feel like you are at home!! But wait there is more !!!!...the food is amazing everything we have had has been so tasty and has an excellent presentation!!...oh and try the Brussels sprouts!!

We dined Saturday night for Valentines Day celebration, food was fantastic, seating was a little bit cozy for the times but overall very good.

Our waiter Simone was a wonderful . Very personable. Calamari appetizer was average, the ravioli was fabulous. Love the ambiance.

Came in for my Mother’s birthday and boy let me tell you the staff at Nado made her feel special the Owner Sandro is a kind and friendly class act!!...he and his staff where very welcoming and the food and ambiance where amazing everything was delicious and the look of the restaurant is so cozy and inviting!!!...Nado is the spot to visit for special occasions or if you just want a really delicious meal!!
