Terrible! I hate to even leave this message but my Mother’s Day was ruined. Not only for me, but for my sons who saved their money to take me there. Our reservation was at 5:15pm, we finally left at 8:00pm after waiting almost 3 hours for our food. Horrible experience. I’m a local, I will never come there again.
Book Early - Some Place Else
This was our second reservation at this Morton’s in the last couple of months. That reservation did not go well, with our having to wait over 30 minutes to get a table. With COVID continuing to play havoc with businesses, we thought a second visit was warranted - we were wrong.
Though we were seated quickly upon arrival, it quickly became apparent that the pace of our meal was to be more aligned with Denny’s than a leisurely celebratory birthday event; get us in and out as quickly as possible.
Our table was set with bread plates, but bread was not offered. My wife and I ordered steak meals, both medium rare. Mine was delivered with a baked potato, but the meat was well past medium and had to be sent back. I ate the potato, as I waited, as it would just get cold. My wife had finished by the time my entree finally arrived.
My wife ordered a pre-fixe meal, which included salad, entree, and dessert. We were changed al a carte prices, not the fixed price.
The cost of our meal was $255 (we had a decent $57 bottle of wine, though with such service, it did not go down well). A few years ago, we regularly visited this location. Something has changed (poor management, new employees, etc.). If you plan to spend a $100 per person on a meal (sans wine), you can certainly do better.
Seriously, go some place else.
Absolutely prefect from stay to finish. Nothing rushed so we are able to take our time when we wanted it from ordering drinks to food. Everything arrived at the table at the perfect time. Our waitress Michelle was great, and well versed in all the menus that helped us have an even more enjoyable evening. Perfect night for it celebration. We will definitely be back

One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. The steak was so under cooked it was barely warm in places. I ordered it medium and it was closer to raw. I sent it back and the second steak came out rare. I ordered the 2nd stake medium well. When that occurred you would have thought the manager would have stopped by the table, which did not happen. I expected much better from this steakhouse but we got service and a quality of food fitting a chain restaurant. Needless to say I will not be giving this poorly managed restaurant any additional business.
I HAVEN'T BEEN TO A MORTON'S IN MORE THAN A YEAR AND A HALF. WHAT A PLEASURE IT WAS TO BE BACK. THE SIX OF US WERE WELL PLEASED WITH OUR VARIED PLEASURES FROM THE MENU.

Drinks and lobster Mac perfect SERVICE TERRIBLE 2hrs of waiting before we could even taste food!
The food was kind mediocre for the price. One of my oysters had a parasite on it and my Parmesan truffle fries had no Parmesan or truffle.
Outstanding way to celebrate our Anniversary and our first dining-in experience in 2021. Service and food was excellent!
Morton's Arlington is an exceptional steakhouse. The manager is David Essex and he keeps his chef and wait staff happy and in turn they keep customers coming back. This is a great place for group parties and special events.

Thisbwas my first and certainly not my last visit to a Morton’s Steakhouse. It was simply exquisite. If there would ever exist a food replicator such as on More recent Star Trek series’s I would need to be sure the entire menu of Morton’s were programmed into it to live on forever.😀👍😉

The Caesar salad was amazing. The cajun ribeye was cooked perfectly. The Rombauer charddonay was the perfect complimet.

Brought my 11yr old son for a special dinner after his first Nationals game and visit to DC. The food and service was fantastic.
Management is superb at this Morton's . The chefs are excellent; the staff are friendly and efficient. I love their steaks and sides. If you like big flavor then order the cowboy ribeye . The restaurant is in a safe, easy to access area below the Amazon HQ Bldg in Crystal City. This is one one my favorite restaurants in the NVA/DC area. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant lived up to the expectations I have of Morton’s from my fairly numerous past visits to this location, which is close to home and convenient. It has an elegant, subdued and clubby atmosphere with outstanding service and excellent food. They did not let us down. It was a birthday dinner for two of our party of four and felt like that “special dinner “ one sought to provide. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The waitress, Hannah, was excellent - friendly and warm, while professional and knowledgeable. The meal of salads, soups, steaks and fish was excellent and very well prepared and presented. The chocolate cake dessert was stellar.
The perfect location for a long overdue date night with the wife. The food, drinks, and dessert was absolutely amazing and worth every penny.
We loved the atmosphere & ambiance & food was good. Only down side was the creme brulee was runny & not worth the price.
No waiter ever came. After about 10 minutes the bartender noticed and came to help us for the remainder of the evening. Very appreciative of him for going above and beyond and doing that! Wasn’t crowded, not sure where the miss was.

Excellent service, delicious food in a safe environment. Had a great twin lobster tail dinner for date night. Our waiter was courteous and attentive. Nice ambience and overall a wonderful evening.
Very good service by a pleasant lady named Asya. Recommend the restaurant, but parking was a hassle.
We arrived on time for our reservation but it took 35 mins before being seated. After being seated it took 45 minutes
to get our appetizers, one of which came out cold. We ordered 2 filet mignons well done (butterflied) and one came out medium. The over experience was far from the Morton standard. Will not return!

Great back private booth and a friendly server, the wine was delicious, perfectly cooked shrimp, and melt in your mouth steak. Will be back soon.
I was a little upset as my steak was over cooked. They retuned it to the chefs but was unable to enjoy my food with my boyfriend. As his steak was cooked correctly.
Been going to Morton’s for at least ten years in many different locations and it has never let me down grade A+ place to go for any occasion.
