We had an excellent time here for brunch! The Crab Cake Benedict was out of this world!!! Our server was so friendly and helpful and the ambience is delightful.

Great place to have Breakfast/Brunch! Unique menu with flavor-filled twists on all the favorites. Wonderful river view and our Server was very attentive!

While a first attempt at dinner st Missi's failed due to an unannounced closure apparently not coordinated with OpenTable, our second try proved successful. The service was outstanding. We loved the food and particularly highlight the smoked walleye appetizer, trout, and potpie. Missi's menu is quite limited, but everyone in our group found something they liked. Well done.

Made reservation via OpenTable, as directed on Missi website for dinner 6:30pm 9/2 - our first at Missi, with relatives. Received confirmation rmail from OpenTable. Arrived to be told that restaurant was closed for Labor Day. Fine, but why zero information to this effect on hotel/restaurant website, and why did I receive a reservation confirmation? Bad service.

We had a reservation for 4 people thinking it would be busy but it wasn't. There were a few people at the bar and 5 other tables with people seated. We got seated and it took 20 minutes and one of the people in our party to go see if we could get service. Someone finally came with water and took our drink order. 15 minutes later we got our drinks and tried to order a couple of dishes but they couldn't make them because they were out of hashbrowns and they couldn't make the french toast either. Once our order was taken, it took 40 minutes to get our food so we ordered another round of cocktails which took another 25 minutes to get. It wasn't busy and there seemed to be enough staff. Awful experience and we won't be back.

They were short staffed and got slammed all at once. We sat outside and it was a perfect day! We were disappointed when someone turned on the music for brunch as there was enough sound from the traffic overhead on the bridge, boat traffic on the river and people talking. The music kind of ruined the mood.

We were seated and waited a little over 10 minutes for a waitress to approach us to ask if we’d like waters. Seeing as she was busy, we stated we’d like to order if she had a moment as this was our lunch before we had to get going due to getting married that day. It seemed inconvenient for her to take our order. She checked in with us shortly after ordering asking if we wanted more coffee/a mimosa and 45 minutes later said the food should be out soon. We ordered a plain waffle and two of “the easy” breakfasts with no special requests so unsure why the significant delay as the restaurant was not busy. The other disappointment was that we had a seven year old in the dining party with us and we were not told there was a kids menu so we ordered off the main menu. It would have made the disappointing service experience a little bit better had we known that there was a kids option and not have to pay $15 for a full entree. The hotel itself is lovely but this dining experience left a lot to be desired.
