Did was great, the environment was real good to. Even with covid safety measures and all. Great time great food, service was a bit slow but that was probably because of covid measures.
Celebrated my wife’s birthday. Service was good. Nice and respectful waiters. Table cloth was dirty. My milanese was super drenched in sauce that took all the flavor away from the beef. There was only one small scoop of risotto. My wife’s raviolis made her sick.
This place is always excellent. Highly recommended
FOOD WAS GREAT! I didn’t like that we got sat in the top floor because of over booking. It was New Years though.
We went to Mi Piaci for a fiftieth anniversary meal. I made some special requests. They complied with them all. I might suggest that you call or use the OpenTable form for your requests. I made them via the "Contact us" page and as of 2PM the afternoon of our visit, they had not found the requests. I called them to make sure. I am glad I did.
All in all it was a wonderful evening. The staff and owner could not have been any nicer. The food was terrific in every way. So glad we picked out this restaurant. We will be back!

Awesome Italian food and the service was very good. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the deserts were too good to believe. the wine that was recommended to us was a perfect pairing with the meal. Awesome birthday location.

Fantastic place. Definitely my go to Italian restaurant in El Paso. Working my way through the menu and haven't found anything that wasn't delicious.
I thought the service was a bit slow, maybe a new waiter? The food was excellent. The shank was tender.
As usual, my favorite Italian restaurant is Mi Piaci's and it always has. We drive over from Las Cruces as our version of an Italian restaurant is Olive Garden - I guess better than nothing. I must be strictly gluten-free, but the Italian Chef definitely knows what he is doing and prepares a fabulous dish for me for which I've never become ill. I wish the restaurant were closer as I would be there weekly!
It was a fantastic place. First time for both me and my significant other. Great food and nice atmosphere. I was especially pleased that the staff was able to complete a special request of mine for my partner’s birthday. Very welcoming place, and as my boyfriend put it, “Delicious and authentic Italian food.”

We were the only table at the restaurant when we went. Many times quality seems to diminish when restaurants are that slow but that was not the case at all. Our food was delicious and the service was great. Everyone at the table loved their dish.
Excellent food and service
Oher than the server, who was excellent, nothing was noteworthy about the food except for one dish and that was noteworthy in a negative sense. That dish, a salad, was supposed to have peaches on it (I know, an odd thing to order in March, a decidedly non-peach season month, but it sounded interesting to my wife). When it came, there were no peaches. We mentioned the omission to our server who promptly walked to the kitchen and engaged in an animated discussion with someone in there. A few moments later, she brought a dish with sliced fruit to the table and we thought everything was fine. We were wrong. First, the fruit brought to the table was completely unripe--hard enough it was difficult to pick up with the tines of the fork. Second, it wasn't sliced peaches, it was sliced nectarines. Third, the stick-on paper label identifying it as nectarine was still on one of the slices. Whoever prepared the fruit hadn't bothered to peel the label off. We had to wonder whether the fruit was even washed because, surely, the label would have been noticed during washing. Fortunately, the nectarines were so unripe that they were inedible so my wife didn't have to worry about whether the fruit was clean or not.
The waitress, to her credit, said there would be no charge for the salad. She also said the owner should be arriving momentarily and would be apprised of the situation. We don't know if he was so apprised because, although someone I took to be the owner came out of the kitchen and spoke with diners at two of the tables, he never came over to speak with us.
Food was great, the portions were excellent for the price and the recommended bottle of wine was delicious. Our server was attentive and very nice.
This place is a little out dated and I found the bathroom to be really awkward with huge gaps in the stalls and just an uncomfortable setting in there. The menus are glossy paper,they were dirty and they should updated to something more easily wiped down.
Otherwise for the night was enjoyable.
The food was very very good. I had a seared mahi mahi over a risotto with a chipotle cream sauce and Brussels on the side. Wine list was also good and well priced. My one issue which is a pet peeve of mine it took 8-10 mins before anyone created the table. Also our table was not well placed in the dinning room.
All of that being said, the service improved and the food was outstanding. I would recommend trying the restaurant and will go again. This is the first restaurant that has ever climbed out of the hole for me when it’s starts off with the delayed table greet. I like to control the flow of my meal, I hate to order my wine, apps, and dinner at the same point. The food came out very fast and was great. Don’t sit at the two top next to the women’s restroom and I am confident my experience was in anomaly and not the norm.

The hostess was friendly, the wait staff is excellent. It’s nice that the chef/owner cane to visit with us. The cocktail was excellent, the food was perfect. The wait staff was professional without being overly friendly. I love this place!
We had two pasta choices along with house salad and soup of the day. Everything was extremely tasty. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Serving sizes were generous. We had enough left over for a nice lunch.
The waiter was excellent and the food was wonderful. It was for my wife's birthday and she enjoyed it.
Best Sea Bass I’ve had.
First of all it was my Anniversary and I had called to make reservations because we had other plans for the evening and it took over over 1.5 hrs before I got my dish. That was only because I asked how much longer it was going to take for me to get my dish it was only for two people and everybody else was getting their food. I asked to see if they could do something about it and all they offered was to give me a dessert I asked if they could at least take out the bottle of wine they purchased they said they would talk to the manager however only an ownerCan make those types of decisions I was really disappointed. This is no common restaurant I spent over $130 for two people and they couldn’t provide a better customer service experience. The next day I called to speak to the owner and make a complaint multiple times the owner was not available finally I was able to speak with a manager let them know what my My situation and asked if I could please still speak to the owner they said they would have him return my phone call at his earliest convenience it’s been three days and apparently he still has no time to call back and even offer an apology. Any other restaurant has managers on That can make decisions on staff they don’t need an owner to decide how you can compensate for providing a very unpleasant evening. I even had to cancel my plans did not finish my entire dish and left more than half of the wine bottle left. I have never experienced this type of service from any restaurant and I have gone to this restaurant more than several times a year each year how sad they do not care about their customers perspective
There food was decent but not 5 star and it was a bit expensive for what you got.
Bottom level is subpar compared to the upper level; way overpriced for the quality of the food. I have been to the restaurant before and the standard menu is far better than the special New Years Eve menu. Will probably never return
I did not get the dish I ordered, I ordered one with ham & peas, but I got a Bolognese , I think it might had peas, just not what I ordered. Food not very warm.
It was way dark and not as cheery as I remembered, but the Christmas tree was beautiful.
