Located inside Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, Meridian Restaurant & Bar offers cuisine inspired by the natural rugged beauty of the North Oregon Coast. Meridian sources its creations from the sea, local farmers, and its own herb garden to create casually elegant dishes that capture the bounty and spirit of its surroundings. Enjoy dining in the restaurant with its exposed beams, Oregon hardwoods, sky-high windows and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean for a stylish but relaxed dining experience. Guests of Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa may order in and share an intimate meal on their private oceanfront balcony.

Open daily for Breakfast 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Lunch 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Happy Hour 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  and Dinner 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. For our Lodge and Cottage guests, in-room dining is available from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Bread was dry. Halibut dry. Our server Brandon was excellent, however while he was talking to us, another server rudely walked between us. Also, for those who don’t like fish, more than two alternative main dishes should be offered. Yes, it’s a beach restaurant, but I know I wouldn’t bring a good friend there who doesn’t like fish. The breakfast menu was limited to one soft scrambled egg dish. Really? But I’m willing to give it another try. Ambiance was nice.

Food was just ok and service was fair. For close to $500 for 4 people I expect better. Scallops were not seared quite properly, steak not great, risotto and salmon was good.

Very good food but service was a bit long even though we had a very nice waitress. Nice view. Highly recommandable!

Had a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. Hostess sat us next to the window in the middle of the restaurant, sat the menus down and walked away. We sat there for a few minutes and another couple was seated. A few more minutes go by and the female server looks at me but greets the newer table and provided water. Then walks past us, no table touch, no communication. We chose to just leave. There were 7/8 tables, 2 were parties of 6. Went next door and had a beautiful view of the ocean and wonderful service.

Great service from Brandon. He knows the menu inside & out and offered solid suggestions. That strawberry tart was top tier! Oh & the wagyu burger!

The service was amazing!! MJ was knowledgeable and kept us engaged, but knew when we wanted time. Food for the coast was good. Steak was good, but thin. Scallops were amazing!! Oysters were great!! Risotto was fresh and perfectly aldente while still creamy. Wine was overpriced, but great. We saw the whale migration which is always a plus. The strawberry tart was flaky and fresh. Overall, a great experience!!

That was the best Restaurant Ive been to on the Oregon Coast in my life time. Definitely going back again.

Delicious brunch on the patio with gorgeous views and a fire to take the chill off. Outstanding service. Highly recommend the French Toast. A must during your stay.
