The food definitely missed the mark. We had the brunch and I was very disappointed because some of our food was cold (soup and potatoes). The drinks were meh (strawberry lemon drop was really strawberry lemonade). We opted for the unlimited food and drink option and I rank them both okay. Our server did his best, the managers were nice, and the atmosphere was a vibe (great DJ). Overall, I never have to go back there ever again.

Foods great.There's always plenty of space and seatings when we visit. However this time, i was running later but my party was already there & we ended up with tiny table booth all the way upstairs at the corner.Not great seating with so many choices with bigger booths.

I was visiting during the peek bloom, service was slow due to an incident that occurred in the mall. The manager and hostess were great. However, I needed to request another server due to his inability to serve the customers in his section. The chaos below made it difficult for some however I was given a new server and “Jerry” the hostess was able to meet my needs and I was able to enjoy the experience as it does have a nice ambiance. I am not sure if service is always like this I just know that say the experience was less than pleasant.

The food was mediocre and the service extremely slow. Two salads with water totaled over $40. Not impressed. Also asked in my Open Table reservation that the restaurant acknowledge the birthday we were celebrating with a birthday dessert (which I would happily pay for) but it did not happen. Very disappointing experience.
