The staff and waiters rushed us to the point that it’s was rude . I’m never dining their again

It was my wife’s birthday. She had a great time

We had a great experience yesterday. The staff was so polite and answered everything question asked, the dining area was so nice and clean. Mastro’s is a great place to go for date night. We were able to have conversations without hearing all of noise or being able to barely hear each other.

They have a really terrible policy about all parties bring present.

The food did not taste the same and the wait staff was stuffy abd not as helpful.

They left are dirty plates on the table until requested for them to be removed.

Amazing. Stephen and his team do an amazing job. Queenie was a fantastic server and anticipated all of our needs. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were there to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. We had an early reservation and the restaurant was practically empty when we arrived. The staff greeted us and treated us extremely well. It was almost like a private dinner. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Thank you Erin and team for making our evening special. Compliments to the Chef for delicious food too! We felt safe and they asked us to observe a two hours time limit so they could accommodate all guests safely.

Food was GREAT worth even dime. The warm butter cake is a must have!

As always the lamb chops were great! However, I love coming to Mastros for the butter cake and they have topped my expectations with the red velvet version!

Arthur was a very great server. The restaurant was clean and very presentable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not all of that for the money!! Definitely could have did better...sides was cold...appetizer slightly warm...I was not satisfied at all.

We celebrated my friends 28th birthday. Everything was great, food was delicious and perfectly prepared. We didn’t get desert nor did she get any birthday desert or anything but it’s okay. The experience alone was great.

Poor performance by high end chain we know so well in other cities.

We sat in the bar area and were serviced by Queenie and Hannah. Any issues we had were quickly rectified and no request was too big or too small. And the dessert presentation at the end of our dinner left us speechless.

Great experience at Mastro's. Wonderful atmosphere and the food is great. The service we receive was outstanding. The Manager Che Harris remembered us from when I proposed there and brought us champagne. If your looking for a nice steak house or restaurant I recommend Mastro's..

The food is always good. I love the scallops, lamb chops, and the ribeye. Very friendly waiters. I go at least twice a month.

I took my 14 yr old for her first Mastro experience. Our service Nick was very attentive. For a $700 price point, I was blown away like before. The lobster Mac & cheese was lobster and noodles. We sent it back to be redone which threw the meal off.
I’m under our circumstance of COVID but we are still paying a good price point for a meal. It just didn’t seem like a mastro’s experience.

The service was excellent thank you Arthur. He was very knowledgeable and personable. However the quality of the food was poor. The presentation was nice but the entrees very bland and distasteful. I had the 22oz bone in ribeye with peppercorn sauce on the side. The steak temperature was good however I don’t believe it was 22oz it was extremely fatty. The peppercorn sauce was bland as well. My fiancé had the filet and it literally looked like hamburger. It was over cooked and lacked flavor or the natural steak juices. We had a loaded backed potato and Caesar salad as well. The Caesar salad didn’t seem fresh.

We visited Mastro's for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday. I'm not sure if we were just ecstatic to be out of the house during the pandemic, but the experience was fantastic. The service was excellent, the food was even better. The manager checked on us during the meal to make sure everything was satisfactory. Recommend the lobster mashed potatoes, and the scallops!

My wife and I enjoyed our 1 year Anniversary. The food was very tasty and service was great. The staff made this a special evening for us.

Our reservation was at 8:45 we didn’t get sit until 9:15 so that left use only 45 mins to rush and have drinks

Went on Valentines. They were playing top 50 pop hits during a romantic expensive dinner. Bad choice. It was also very loud and the clientele were less than classy. They need to enforce their dress code. I’ve been to several Mastros and this is the only one that felt like a Golden Corral. Disappointing for a high end restaurant.

My fiancé made reservations for Valentine’s Day and it was great. Food our waiter everything.

Valentines Day

Great Food Steak 🥩 and the butter cake is a must for dessert!

Everything was good but upon arrival we had to wait for awhile (at least 15-20mins) to be seated.

The food wasn’t seasoned well, when I called they said no tennis shoes or sneakers, everybody had them on. When I asked if I could wear my Gucci tennis shoes they said no. But everyone had there’s on. They won’t seat you until everybody is there, if someone doesn’t show they will still charge a $50 dollar fee for that person.

The only complaint is the food my son steak was red and my husband ribeye didn’t tasted good .The mashed potato wasn’t good either.

Great food, adequate service. Lighting could be better but overall, a very nice dining experience.

Valentine’s Day

Me and my date absolutely loved the whole experience. The available long box roses were a plus.

The food was amazing though their cocktails are strong.

Service wasn’t good for an high end steakhouse. Server was MIA and noticeably more involved with other tables she waited for for the most part. So by the time we got our food it was luke warm at best. We only sent one of the sides back for I really dislike sending food back but it was to cold to eat. Therefore there was a lot left to be desired. My wife had a bad experience her second time there so me saying you can’t judge it as bad if one experience was good and one bad so let’s try it again and unfortunately the last experience was worse than the second
