Located in the Berry Farms Town Center, Ludlow & Prime is serving the greater Nashville area in Franklin, TN. Ludlow & Prime serves Prime Steaks and Fresh Seafood in an upscale ambient setting. No matter the occasion, you can find a perfect spot in the expansive Dining Room, Large Bar and Lounge Area, Private Dining Rooms or Chandelier Lit Booths. Food was great, gin cocktail was just ok, while we liked the style/ambience it was so loud it was very difficult to have a conversation.

We went for my wife’s birthday. They acknowledged it was her birthday and put a candle in the crème brûlée that she ordered. Food was good but not great. The service was really good, just not great. It was a little slow and there may have been 25 people total in the restaurant! Will definitely be back because we did enjoy it just not a blow your mind kind of experience.

The restaurant still has empty spaces that look like they could/will be filled with benches for waiting. It also lacked character - could use some decor, though minimal. Felt stark. The noise level was troublesome as there is nothing to soak on the sound - the area is open and the floors cause the dining area to be louder than most. Concerning food, app was really good, wife’s entrees good, but my burger was overcooked - I still ate it as it was still tasty, so not bad enough to send back and wait another 15 minutes. Fries were amazing. Cocktails were good and reasonably priced. Server was very good! She ran the entire main dining room. Being understaffed was not her fault. Bar looked like a spot we’d like to try on another visit. I’d like to revisit once they make some adjustments. I can see us dining there often if some of these tweaks are made.

We came here for my son's 16th birthday celebration. We made a same day reservation that they were able to accomodate. Everything was excellent - from the ambiance, to the food, to the service. We will definitely be coming back. They are still in their soft-opening phase - our server mentioned they'll be having a grand opening soon, so the decor is a bit sparse at the moment, no table cloths, rugs, wall decor, etc, but nothing that bothered us. I think these things will help absorb sound once in place - again it wasn't overly loud. Food wise - everything was 100% on point. We all ordered steaks, salad, appetizers, and the the key lime dessert was the icing on the cake! This will definitely be our go-to spot for special occasisions. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We delayed going here because of the poor reviews but were pleasantly surprised and will definitely go back. Nice open bar area with windows and cozy booths on the other side. Although they were out of the 3 things we ordered we ended up really enjoying our meals. Delicious Parmesan monkey bread itself is worth going back for, grouper tacos were perfectly cooked and just the right size portion ( a side of candied jalepenos gave them a needed kick) and filet was a nice cut of meat, tasty and tender.

I can’t even begin to start with everything that was messed up and they got wrong from the drinks, the food, not even an apology. Drinks were all wrong, the food wasn’t correct at all, items were also forgotten or came out multiple times or not at all….way over priced. The food tasted no better than any chain restaurant. We were so excited for this place to open only to be completely let down. We decided we’ll stick to Tazikis or Biscuit Love which are both right across form this place. They are always spot on.

We’ve always been patrons at Brentwood location, it’s being remodeled, so we went to Berry Farms. So nice! We will be back! Loved talking with some of the managers. The whole experience was great!!! Trevor was our server and he was awesome!! 💯

Great experience. Visited during “soft opening” so the kinks were being worked out. Mostly in the service portion. Everyone was kind but a few things would take this spot from good to great. Things like, re-filling waters and pouring the wine when the patron is running low (bottle on the table). These are the little things. The food was outstanding. I’m a try everything in a new spot kinda of person. I tried everything. Artichoke dip, Wedge Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Cheeseburger, Filet and the Pork Chop. Ya’ll, they hit it out of the park. Everything came out piping hot. Cooked to perfection (medium). Seriously. That’s hard for me to say… but it was delicious. I think the price point was perfect. This is the spot south Williamson County has needed. I’m excited for it to be here. Only 5 minutes from my house.
