My partner and I went to Luca for the first time last night, and we had a wonderful evening! We had visited the Fleetwood bar beforehand, and had an incredible time there first, and a gentlemen politely escorted us himself to Luca, which was such a sweet introduction. From the first greeting being sincere and genuine to the beautiful atmosphere and ambience walking in, it just got better. All the decor and details of the space were stunning visually, the table we were given was comfortable and romantic for our date night. Our server, Richard went above and beyond, he was charming and friendly, very attentive and gave us some great recommendations. Luca is lucky to have him! The drinks were fabulous and well crafted, the food was delicious! We can’t wait to come back ❤️🙂

As always, our experience at Luca was outstanding. It truly is one of my favourite restaurants in Calgary. The food is on point and the service is stellar. Big shout out to Jay, the GM, who knew we were celebrating a special occasion and had Prosecco delivered to our table. We had the best time!

Our server Geof was awesome from recommending food items to explaining why it’s good. Scallop and pork belly absolutely delicious and the grilled octopus is my favorite. Cannoli a bit dry but tasted good still! Definitely will come back!

My Mother in law and I share a birthday and each year we go to a Christmas concert and out for dinner. Our usual Italian restaurant was completely booked, so we made a reservation at Luca which turned out to be the best situation ever. We were greeted warmly. We started our dinner with beef carpaccio Caesar salad and Humboldt squid calamari and duck confit raviolo. Our main was served family style, which was a 40 oz steak medium rare with duck fat potatoes and a lobster risotto. What an amazing meal and dining experience

We consider Luca one of the top fine-dining restaurants in the city, but our recent visit was slightly disappointing due to a reservation mishap. We had booked a standard dining room table a couple weeks in advance for a special date night, only to be seated at the bar upon arrival. Despite showing the host our confirmation email, she insisted that her system showed bar seating and initially offered no alternatives. After some insistence on our part, she involved the manager and we were finally moved to a proper table. While it wasn’t a major catastrophe, it did start our evening off on the wrong foot. At a restaurant of this caliber, small details and a gracious welcome truly set the tone for the entire experience.
