Dined here with a group of 7 friends to celebrate a birthday. Everything was on point. Food was great. Service was attentive and genuinely friendly. Great ambiance. Pricing was very fair. Easy recommend for a good smart casual meal with drinks.

Delicious food, pleasant ambiance. The aircon was too cold and breezy, and the staff kindly turned it off for us. The music was 80s pop and a bit jarring - something more chilled would be a better soundtrack to dinner dates. On a Sunday night there were few diners, plenty of space, and quick service.

we had ten course banquet, everything was good till the dessert the creme brulee, toffee was burnt custard curdled was not pleasent, we did tell them when we payed but it fell on deaf ears, i was so looking forward to the dessert but was so dissappointed.

Amazing food, shared style or individual. Staff friendly and service amazing.

The food was supposed to be a Vietnamese/French fusion but was much more Vietnamese than French (we lived in Paris for four years). The dishes were OK but tended to be quite bland. We have had better food in a Vietnamese café.

Staff went out of their way to cater for a dairy exclusion for a family member who suffers from ulcerative colitis. Really appreciated the effort and attention.
The food was delicious!

The host who met us at the front created an embarrassing fuss over one of our party not having a mobile phone to check in with. He insisted this was the only method available and lectured us condescendingly about how seriously the restaurant takes that registration duty. It was a dreadful start. We considered leaving.
The fact is the law requires that a written registration or assistance to use online registration be made available. It is also discrimination, in our case - age discrimination - to not do so.
He later apologised, but that scene left a bad taste in an otherwise delightful lunch.

The twice cooked pork belly was very disappointing. It was overcooked, nearly burned. The watermelon that accompanied it was, for some reason, mostly white rind and inedible.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. All 10 courses. Absolutely the best meal. Highly recommend! 10/10

The service at Libertine was excellent (Sam served us and was particularly good). The food was delicious and great value for money (we had the $39 long lunch). A great range of drinks too. Would definitely recommend.

Restaurant with an attitude sadly.
Booked based on reviews but was very disappointed with the service. Food was good but service was so obnoxious I can't comfortably recommend the restaurant. The wait staff made us feel like we were imposing on their night and the Concierge was incredibly rude when we had an extra person join us even though the day before we had spoken and he had assured me this "would absolutely not be a problem".
His attitude all but ruined what was meant to be a fun night out for my husbands birthday.
Our group of 10 will NOT be back!

Food was devine and staff very understanding when two out of the four guests ran late due to traffic and parking issues.
Food service was fairly well spaced out for the banquet to allow time to enjoy all dishes.

Wow! What a stunning restaurant!!! One of the best in Brisbane, the lighting was dim (which was perfect ambience), the music was perfect level, the food was absolutely incredible (we had the 7 course banquet). The staff were fun, energetic, polite & engaging. We will absolutely be back!!!

We chose a 5 course banquet and the food was absolutely delicious. Friendly waiters took care of our needs and were attentive without hovering too frequently.
We will definitely be back to taste more delightful food.

A lovely evening though we found the noise level inside made it very difficult to communicate. We couldn't hear our wait person at all.
Did find the plate clearing a bit rushed as had one experience where we were still eating the egg plant and the dish, with some still in it, was whisked away.
Felt at times as though the lady serving us was a bit bored and not overly interested as she appeared condescending but to be fair she may have been having an off night.
The bar staff and maître' d were all very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend but with warning re noise level and would definitely recommend the GG & T's.

Great service, quick meals. Lovely food - interesting flavour combination. Perfect for a pre show dinner before heading down to La Boite. Free parking a d even on a footy. Iggy it was easy to get in and out.
