Initially it took 10 minutes to get our drink order. After a while the service picked up a bits so that was average. Food was beyond disappointing. The gumbo my husband had tasted burned. My Chilean sea bass did not taste like anything if I could describe the texture it was like a salty rubbery tab. There should be more side choices , we all had rice pilaf and a huge broccoli which is extremely disappointing considering my plate was $40 alone. The claim chowder was cold and the bacon was over powering. Felt more like a loaded potato soup than clam chowder. For a $250 bill, it was awful.
Ruined my birthday dinner unfortunately.
This place had good ambiance, we got there about 5 and it was quiet enough to talk with each other with no problems, but as time went by, it picked up in there and I had to move closer to my dinner companion so we could hear one another. But, other than that, the ambiance was great. The flavor and texture of every dish we ordered were delicious!
Our server, Leslie, was pleasant and efficient. She had another large group table but did not skip a beat in service with my party of four.
If you haven't tried it you need to try it a good place to grab a good bite.
Rosa was a wonderful server. Helpful and kind since it was our first time visiting
We were seated next to the patio door and the wind was cold every time someone went in and out. And we were seated for 15 minutes and never even greeted. The waiter, Mike, who was working the patio noticed that no one had taking care of us and apologized and took our table. He more than made up for the wait and offered to let us move out of the wind. Our food was amazing!! I got the pasta and my husband had the chef special salmon. The dessert and appetizer was also so good! This will be my go to seafood spot in town now and we will make sure to ask for Mike again.
My reservation was not saved or showing when we arrived. I was told they did not have my reservation name or information. Crew looked disorganized and not greeted friendly until we were seated by our waiter. Our waiter was the nicest from everyone including manager there.
Our waiter was really attentive and kind. Food was great and came to the table in a timely fashion.
Starting off we were thrown off a bit when a party that came in after us sat themselves while we waited for our reservation. Our server started off great then neglected us as the night went on. Our food came out cold which made it unappealing to finish. We were only offered a free dessert which that was good, but even after a complaint I would have thought the manager would have checked in, he did not. The price we paid for what we got was not worth the trip. There are other places I could get plenty more for my dollar. First and only visit.
Waiter was professional and food was amazing.
Food was very good. Service was very good. The only problem we had was with background music. It was tooled and made conversation at the table and with our waiter difficult.
Food could have been a little warmer and wine glasses were served very low
Love everything about this restaurant and the food is always good!
Food and Service was great. Only concern is I made a reservation on open table and received a confirmation. I called the restaurant to confirm and they didn't have my reservation.
Carlo took great care of us. Loved all from start to finish.
Outstanding service, food is delicious. We had the Fried Fish, Shrimp and Oysters plate. Portions is huge
Excellent food, excellent service, with seating comfortably spaced for COVID safety considerations.
It was good, taste of the food definitely did not match up w the prices, I was expecting a bit more flavor. Won't be returning but the service by Justin was outstanding! Always on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.
They ran out of Snow crab legs by 6pm. They didnt have creme brulee at 7pm. They also turned up the muzac at 6:30.
The food lacked flavor and salt. Flavor was very bland.
Always a great place for lunch or dinner, the best seafood restaurant in the city of El Paso, Texas. We highly recommend Landry's Seafood House. We can hardly wait to go back to Landry's.
Had a reservation was seated 45 min later
Good food and great service, but portions have gotten smaller since Covid-19 outbreak.
The steak was great for a seafood restaurant. My wife enjoyed the mahi mahi.
Quality of food is excellent, but it seems now you pay more for less. They used to serve a salad with the dinner, now you have to pay extra and your meals only come with one side.
Great food. Staff was amazing and took care of us.
My first visit, blue crab cakes were delicious, the service impecable.
Amazing food, sever was patient and answered all of our questions, will definitely be back!!
Hugo and Sophia were simply a pleasure and made the dinner and evening more fun than anticipated. The blue crab cakes were super!!
Great atmosphere and it was very clean. Service was outstanding.noise level was very low without any loud noises. Food was tasteless. Very bland. Terrible gumbo.
Food was not tasty. Over salted. Cold when it was brought out. All in all very disappointing for the price paid.
Excellent food and service. The staff helped us have a socially distanced business dinner. Very accomodating.
This restaurant was completely out of raw oysters at 7pm, the potatoes were overcooked and dry. Everything else was just ok. Overpriced for what you actually get.
The food and service was amazing. Unfortunately I had two failed attempts to enjoy beverages from the bar. My husband enjoyed his margarita though. My first drink tasted like salt was dumped in it and the second was way too sweet. But for the food and atmosphere, I’d definitely go back.
Our waiter was awesome :) Felt very safe :) It was very quiet :)
Pretty good food. Medium portions served but overall great experience.
everything was fresh and tasty. service was excellant
We had a perfect dinner celebrating a birthday. Michael was a great server and delivered excellent customer service. 👌🏽
I hosted a lunch for friends who had never been to Landry’s. They absolutely loved it! So glad they’re serving during these tough times! Hang in there. We’ll be back soon!
The manager and waitress remembered us even though we only get there every couple of months. Not only did they honor my $25 birthday gift from Landry club, but insisted I have a free birthday drink. We really enjoyed our time there, all COVID-19 spaced and all staff in masks. The oysters were excellent as always, as with the calamari.
The staff makes it it worth the trip from Las Cruces to El Paso!
