They ran out of Snow crab legs by 6pm. They didnt have creme brulee at 7pm. They also turned up the muzac at 6:30.
The food lacked flavor and salt. Flavor was very bland.
Always a great place for lunch or dinner, the best seafood restaurant in the city of El Paso, Texas. We highly recommend Landry's Seafood House. We can hardly wait to go back to Landry's.
Had a reservation was seated 45 min later
Good food and great service, but portions have gotten smaller since Covid-19 outbreak.
The steak was great for a seafood restaurant. My wife enjoyed the mahi mahi.
Quality of food is excellent, but it seems now you pay more for less. They used to serve a salad with the dinner, now you have to pay extra and your meals only come with one side.
Great food. Staff was amazing and took care of us.
My first visit, blue crab cakes were delicious, the service impecable.
Amazing food, sever was patient and answered all of our questions, will definitely be back!!
Hugo and Sophia were simply a pleasure and made the dinner and evening more fun than anticipated. The blue crab cakes were super!!
Great atmosphere and it was very clean. Service was outstanding.noise level was very low without any loud noises. Food was tasteless. Very bland. Terrible gumbo.
Food was not tasty. Over salted. Cold when it was brought out. All in all very disappointing for the price paid.
Excellent food and service. The staff helped us have a socially distanced business dinner. Very accomodating.
This restaurant was completely out of raw oysters at 7pm, the potatoes were overcooked and dry. Everything else was just ok. Overpriced for what you actually get.
The food and service was amazing. Unfortunately I had two failed attempts to enjoy beverages from the bar. My husband enjoyed his margarita though. My first drink tasted like salt was dumped in it and the second was way too sweet. But for the food and atmosphere, I’d definitely go back.
Our waiter was awesome :) Felt very safe :) It was very quiet :)
Pretty good food. Medium portions served but overall great experience.
everything was fresh and tasty. service was excellant
We had a perfect dinner celebrating a birthday. Michael was a great server and delivered excellent customer service. 👌🏽
I hosted a lunch for friends who had never been to Landry’s. They absolutely loved it! So glad they’re serving during these tough times! Hang in there. We’ll be back soon!
The manager and waitress remembered us even though we only get there every couple of months. Not only did they honor my $25 birthday gift from Landry club, but insisted I have a free birthday drink. We really enjoyed our time there, all COVID-19 spaced and all staff in masks. The oysters were excellent as always, as with the calamari.
The staff makes it it worth the trip from Las Cruces to El Paso!
I have always been impressed with this restaurant! We truly enjoyed our experience here, especially since this was the first time for us venturing out since COVID started. We will be back again!
Excellent service, delicious food.
Freshest oysters I've had in quite some time.
Great food. Good service. Only criticism is lack of bread and vegetables.
Everything was great!! The noise was high because it was Mardi Gras night with a fantastic jazz band!
Landry's overall was good but the connection between the Open Table app and restaurant needs WORK. What good is using this app to set up a reservation and upon arrival u stiil have to wait 15 more minutes? Not to mention, when we were being seated, our table had still not been set up. Staff had to break up a table set for 8 and set up our table for 2. This was Saturday night after Valentine's day. Not busy at all. Bad management! This place is moderately priced but you can drop some serious coin if your cravings get the best of you.
It was our 16th wedding anniversary
Made my reservation earlier in the morning so that in the afternoon it would all go smoothly.I arrive and they end up having Me wait 1hr what is the point of reserving a spot, I should of stuck to Ruth Chris guaranteed this would of not happened. Long story short we left never got seated just like the other couples that were mad due to the bad time management and personal management.
The wait was horrible. We made a reservation at 8pm for valentine's day. We got there at 725pm. We always show up early to everything. Anyway, it was 8:40pm and we were still waiting. What is the point of making reservations if they aren't going to respect it. The hostess kept giving me the run around. Saying we were next and then kept sitting other people. I understand that valentine's day is a busy day but dont allow reservations of you dont know how to handle them. The food and service was great. Our server made up for our bad experience at the beginning. He was very attentive and nice and of course the food was really good.
Great Food and Drinks!
Waiter was Awesome!
Love this place.....
The only bad part was it was Valentine's Day dinner. We expected this to be s nice romantic dinner and atmosphere.
Unfortunately, there were several families who brought their children. Young children who were either screaming or running around. It was quite the bummer.
We will simply have to find a more expensive and exclusive place for this event.
Went the day before Valentine's it was good overall. Took awhile took get our drinks restaurant wasn't packed. Food came out quickly. Will be back but have had better experiences before.
Great intimate setting for a date. Makes you feel like youre out of town.
Get service and the food is always delish
We were staying in El Paso for a few days and made sure we visited Landry's. It is one of my favorite places to eat and this trip was even better than I remember. Our group of 4 were thoroughly satisfied and would recommend to a friend. thanks for the great experience.
We made the reservation for 7:30 pm. We weren’t taken to a table after almost 45 mins from the reservation time. The server ignored us after he asked for our drinks (we wanted waters only). After another 20 mins, another server came to take our orders, that’s when the good service began. Our server’s name was Adrian.
Good service and meal. At end waitress spilled a huge tray of food all over three of us. Never apologized. Clothes were wet from rice and pasta and sauce and who knows what else. Had to request manager three times before he came. He knew nothing of the incident, even tho more than one employee was cleaning up right behind us as we talked, and he seemed annoyed. Finally said he would pay for a stained blouse but was quite reluctant. Obviously waitress was afraid to inform manager of the incident, which is an interesting comment on the environment for employees. We were able to wash out stains but ended our New Years early because of wet clothes. Accidents happen. How they are handled shows the professionalism of a business. Landry stinks at professionalism and care for their customers.
