In its warm and sophisticated restaurant, La Zingara serves homemade Italian fare in Bethel. For a fresh and flavorful starter, enjoy the Buffalo mozzarella salad with ripe tomatoes and basil and the roasted butternut squash and farmer’s cheese-stuffed pastries. La Zingara has an incredible array of pasta dishes like the cavatelli with shrimp and broccoli rabe, the bucatini topped with ricotta and porcini mushrooms and the pacchieri with braised pulled pork and whipped goat cheese. Other popular entrées include the creamy shrimp risotto, the Kobe beef burger topped with bacon jam, the pan-roasted halibut in chunky tomato sauce and the clam white pizza with pancetta and herbs. It’s little wonder why La Zingara is one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the area with its fantastic food, friendly service and a creative menu.
