As always the food and service was excellent.

Los meseros me enviaron a una mesa en la terraza con buena vista que estaba bloqueada por COVID, después los clientes de a lado se quejaron por lo que nos movieron a otra mesa sin vista bonita, y el mesero que nos había mandado a la mesa bloqueada nos preguntó “se vienen a esta mesa porque tienen frío?” Cuando fue por su error.

No respetan las reservaciones, reserve una semana antes para cenar y nos dieron una periquera en el bar

It is a magical dining experience with table side preparation and some of the best views in San Miguel. The music is festive and you never feel rushed.

Asistí al restaurante (puntualmente 8:30 Pm) pero al llegar la actitud del mesero que nos atendió no nos pareció la más correcta, ni siquiera aparecía mi reserva en su sistema. Al llegar nos comentó que solo teníamos 30 min para ordenar y el restaurante estaba completamente vacío. Nos fuimos al restaurante de enseguida (The restaurant) y le pregunté a la hostess sobre el tema de horario y me comentó que hasta las 9:30 Pm tenía para servir alimentos y a las 10 Pm para cerrar.

Esa es la razón por la cual decidí no quedarme en el restaurant La Única

We had an excellent meal. Server was attentive but not intrusive, and we were grateful for her English skills because our Spanish is weak. She made good recommendations and kept us from ordering too much. Quality food was outstanding--interesting flavors and a different approach to "typical" food.

The views of the church and sunset are STUNNING from the second floor dining room. Oh my. The food was good and the portions were healthy.

único malo es que no estaba permitido sentarnos en la terraza por que íbamos con nuestra bebé ! y es mucho más linda la parte de la terraza.

Estamos visitando San Miguel de Allende y me recomendaron este restaurante. Lamentablemente la experiencia fue pesima: desde el inicio la atencion fue pesima, no nos trajeron las servilletas, de papel sino hasta 15 minutos de estar sentados en la mesa. Solicite que mis platos no trajeran cebolla sin embargo la ensalada de aguacate que pedi como entrante estaba llena de cebolla. Hice la observacion al mesero en cual no mostro ninguna sorpresa o disculpas. Al finalizar la cena , inmediatamente levantaron todo de la mesa, incluidos los individuales , sin preguntar si ibamos a querer postres. Llame al mesero y se disculpo pero no hizo nada por remediar el error. Los tacos de rib eye estaban con pedazos de carne duras. Mi esposo pidio atun y tenia partes muy cocidas y otras crudas. La musica fuerte, la iluminación no deja ver lo que se come.
Muy costoso para la calidad de la comida, mala atencion y poca cortesia.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful interior, great location and the rooftop dining has a spectacular view. The timing of the service was off. Entrees came to the table before we were finished with appetizers and salads, then one entree came after everyone was finished eating. They didn't have cloth napkins (perhaps they ran out due to the holiday weekend). Most of the food was good, but not exceptional. We would come back again, but perhaps just for appetizers and cocktails. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Hay muchas mas opciones en San Miguel para comer delicioso. La Unica esta muy bonito, buena música, pero la comida no esta rica. El Rib Eye seco, la hamburguesa muy salada, el jugo de carne frío como que lo calentaron en microondas recién salido del refrigerador. El servicio es muy bueno, deben poner mas atención a los alimentos, porque es la razón para no regresar.

Muy bien todo! La comida deliciosa, el ambiente increíble. Lo único malo fue el servicio, de verdad que desesperante la cantidad de veces que tuve que pedir el menú, pedimos de tomar y pasaron 40 minutos y no nos traían nada...solo por eso no les pondría 5 estrellas. Tienen que mejorar el servicio si o si

Buen lugar a secas. Volumen altísimo y demasiado clasista.

Primero que nada, es reservación SÍ o SÍ. No puedes llegar a pedir mesa y esperar que si ves una vacía pues te la den, ya que son reservaciones abiertas que pueden respetar desde 15mins (lo normal) hasta 3hrs de impuntualidad.

Sin embargo, puedes esperar y si corres con suerte de que se libere una mesa, podrás disfrutar de un buen menú y de un servicio amable pero algo lento.

En cuanto al sabor de los platillos, fueron muy ricas las tostadas de atún, el betabel asado y los tacos de camarón.

La barbacoa estuvo rica y la recomiendo más como entrada para 4 personas (2 tacos por persona)

Respecto al fideo seco, el jitomate sabía un poco ácido.

Lo que no nos gustó para nada es que en la entrada te "detienen" como "antro wanna be" con su cadena.

Absolutely beautiful space in one of the grand houses on Sollano. Five of us ordered way too much food but everything was delicious and we look forward to going back. The roast pork was exceptionally good and could have been shared. There was a large wedding using the roof terrace so we couldn't;t go up there. Another reason to go back. Among the best to the newcomers.

Excelente comida y ambiente

From the moment we arrived we were very well treated. We were five and given a roundtable in a quiet corner by the fireplace. The service was excellent. The food was all good but I would not say it was Outstanding. My salmon was a bit overcooked. The beet salad was ordinary. The chocolate mousse type dessert in the clear glass bowl was the highlight of the dinner.
Be careful when ordering from the right hand side of the menu. It is a long list of very interesting tacos. The tacos title is only at the top and when reading down the list, one does not realize that these are tacos. One taco called asado steak was ordered in error. Our guest thought it was a steak. This required the order of a second entrée in order to give her an actual steak.
But the overall experience was excellent, The ambiance and Decor are beautiful and elegant and we would happily go back.
