Created to deliver the best in food, drinks and vibes to Charlotte, NC , Kitchen + Kocktails is here to please. A dynamic comfort food restaurant at its core, Kitchen + Kocktails will focus on nicely plated comfort foods, including flavored fried chicken and lobster tails, shrimp and grits, creative waffles and other southern classics made with a twist.

Parties of 5+ call: 312-659-1951 between the hours of 8am to 7pm.

If you are past the 15 minute grace period your reservation will be forfeited then you will be accommodated as a walk-in.

    Great experience, will definitely revisit. I had the shrimp and grits and it was the best I’ve had. Laina was my server, she was excellent. She was in training but did a wonderful job.

    We made reservations for brunch with my elderly mother in law and were very excited from the look of the menu. But it was so loud inside and outside we decided not to eat here. We could not have a conversation over the loud music. It felt like a club not a restaurant. The servers were very polite and understanding when we apologized we were leaving because of it being too loud.

    It was a first time visit for my husband and I.This place is a total Vibe♡ Love it all...Live DJ, Beautiful Ambiance, Great Service and Amaxzing food! Our server Tiffany was exceptional, beautiful smile, friendly and provided excellent customer service! We will be back on our next visit to the Queen City♡ The Baileys

    When you make reservations on Saturdays you still will be waiting that’s the only thang I hate about cause when you make reservations you should be sitting down at the time you set and then I heard they give them 90 minutes to sit down at the table but they get more time than that cause people was just sitting at the tables with there Togo bags just chilling and some ppl was eating out there Togo bags and they post be leaving that’s what I think what’s the problem people dnt leave there tables when they post to and make ppl that making reservations not getting to there tables on time. I think they need give people 2 hrs at there table and when 2 hrs up they have to leave like they do in Atlanta cause charlotte show to much love when ppl time be up at there table you got keep it moving when you busy and have other customers in line and have reservation

    Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere of Kitchen + Kocktails. They appear to stay very crowded so there was still was a wait with reservation. The food was good and so were the drinks. Our server was nice and provided detailed information about the menu. I would recommend the experience.

    I had a reservation and didn’t get seated for over a hour after my reservation. So, for me no restaurant is better than my time. The food was excellent. However, if I decide to go back it will be take out. The waitress was very good “Milan” she delivered excellent customer service.

    The food was excellent. However, the music noise level makes it uncomfortable for talking with those at your table. Also, our reservation was for 6:30 but they were not able to seat us until 7pm. It wasn’t just us, they were behind for all reservations. Also, my meal was over cooked and the server never came back to check on us. It took 15 minutes to track her down to have the food remade. While the food was excellent once it was re-done the lack of attention to our table along with the noise level made the experience less enjoyable.

    It took over an hour to get food and drinks after placing the order and the waiter that waited our table wasn’t very attentive to our table as if he forgot our table was even there. Could’ve definitely been better.
