Chef Tom Brown will join Atul Kochhar in the kitchen at London’s Kanishka for one-night only. In 2017, Tom left Outlaw’s at The Capital to open his own restaurant, Cornerstone, in Hackney Wick, which opened to rapturous acclaim in April 2018, followed by Pearly Queen in Shoreditch. In addition to his restaurant work, Tom has also appeared on various TV programmes. Guests can expect an amalgamation of Atul Kochhar’s outstanding modern Indian cooking accentuated with Tom’s passion for fish and seafood, with particular focus on outstanding produce. Please note: Service will start by 7pm and the last seating is requested at 6:30pm.
