The service and food was wonderful. The ambience was just what we were looking for! I do feel like the prices were a bit high for the food....... everything is more these days so it wasn't that far off the mark but for what you pay, the portion sizes could have been a bit more. Specifically, I had a shrimp pasta dish, 37.00 with three shrimp and pasta.

We wanted to like the restaurant but couldn’t find it easily from the main entrance without asking for directions. We first headed downstairs where the Signature Grill was and the noise level there was deafening. Headed back upstairs for directions to Passaggio. Less noisy there but still hard to converse. Waited about a half hour for salads; when another 45 minutes passed and our entrees were nowhere in sight we told our server that we needed to leave. She tried her best to persuade us to stay, brought a free beer and offered to bring some focaccia to tide us over until our orders came out. Although she was doing her best, we knew then that it would still be some time before we were served, and we truly had to leave. We were comped on the salads and a beer, but we won’t be back for dinner there. Could be it was just a bad night for the kitchen staff but it didn’t work out for us.

Dinner started out just fine. Server welcomed us and took our drink order, we then ordered. Bruschetta, French onion soup and two flat bread pizzas. Soup and bruschetta arrived timely and were very good. The there was the wait for the flat bread. Our server was not visable and I asked another server to check. Our server appeared in about ten minutes. He then checked the order and informed us the pizza had burned so they were rebaking. So after about 90 minutes two uncooked flatbread pizzas were served. They were not cooked , very soft and tasted like we were eating rolled uncooked dough. Expressed our disappointment. He offered to bring us something else but after the experience weren’t willing to wait another 45 minutes for dinner. The only positive was did not charge us for the food serve. So we left hungry and completely disappointed in the restaurant.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The food and beverage prices weren’t crazy expensive either. I would highly recommend to anyone look long for a lovely night out with elevated food and service.

Service: Clayton was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently. He provided flexible options and made suggestions on the menu. Like 6 of the kitchen chefs wished us a good evening on our way out. Very nice. Food: Grilled chicken breast was juicy and had great flavor. Cacio e Pepe was delicious. Kale salad was crisp and fresh. Mushroom risotto was a little overwhelmed by truffle. Seasonal vegetables-carrot, turnip, and parsnip didn't have much flavor and the presentation looked as if they'd been chopped by the spade used to dig them up. Ambience: For a saturday night in high season it was pretty empty and quiet. Will definitely go back.

We will definitely return! Our server, Sia, made us comfortable and gave great recommendations throughout the evening. She was excellent! The bruschetta was amazing! All the food we had was delicious. This is a beautiful setting to enjoy a fabulous meal!
