Food is fine, but service can be improved upon with a little more training

The person blonde girl at front door was very rude with bad attitude l. She need to get trained and have a better greeting.

The girl who served us at the bar was very rude and seemed to not care to serve us... we are 2 young girls and she seemed to also laugh when I tried to order as I have a stutter. I was very upset

Way to loud , the pizza was okay , but the Octopus started looked more like dog food 😢, which was super disappointing , not sure why they have to blend it 🤔.

Food was phenomenal!!!! pizza and pasta outstanding. Drinks were fantastic, the rooftop is a vibe we love it. Staff upstairs were fantastic. The lady at the door was a little rude and uninviting that put us as well as other customers off a lot she was not helpful at all but in saying that the rest of the experience was amazing

The food is always great at Justin lane. It was a moderately busy Tuesday night, we sat upstairs and it was a really nice vibe. We were a bit frustrated with our reservation and requested a nice table downstairs but were a bit disappointed and ended up going upstairs.

We had heard really good things about this venue but overall it was a big disappointment. Prawn spaghetti in wine lacked flavour, they also used the baby prawns instead of normal ones. James st Pizza was okay but I felt they didn’t use quality ingredients just piled it all on there.

The only positive was the bar upstairs which had a great vibe to it.

Highly recommend as someone with intolerances. The feed me option was perfect for a group and they accommodated the dietary needs. There’s some menu items that aren’t common but everything was excellent.

Would highly recommend roof top dining - it’s a great ambience and certainly has the advantage of a breeze from the beachfront.
Great options for vegetarians including share plates and fun list of cocktails too.

Food was bland and not great for price, was expecting food to be great due to popularity. Must be more of a drinks place, cocktails were nice.

The wait staff could have been more attentive, seemed to be having their own conversations around us. Food was okay and ambience was nice.

Tired and shabby and stood for ages to get someone to greet us. We had to work hard to get some service. It was really a blah experience. Not terrible but nothing great either. I am a local and bought my visitors from interstate, never again

Pizza’s didn’t disappoint. I’m not keen on the school dinners table arrangement which meant my back was facing the window with the ocean view the entire time and sat next to a random. I’m sure better table arrangements could be adapted. Overall great food but we never ever manage to bag a window table no matter how far in advance we book.

I didn't read the online menu before I came. I heard the pizzas were good and took it on recommendation. The pizza toping selections weren't great. Everything was covered in Mozzarella- which I can't eat (not there fault I know but there weren't different options).
We were also sitting in an arcade which I felt I was false advertising when the sign out the front say rooftop pizza? the netting that covered us hadn't looked like it had been cleaned ever.
The jugs of mosco mules were great they certainly saved the dining experience.

Service was terrible. The staff were not friendly and did not come back to check on us or offer us drinks.
Then when we finished dinner and wanted to go up to the roof top for drinks they told us to get to the back of the line which is the complete opposite of what the manager had previously told us the day before she said we could go straight up without lining up.
Would not bother going here and the menu was very average

Vegan Menu, great staff, great price and amazing food!

I booked early and was squeezed into a seat right at the front door, had to ask several times for drinks and the entree and main came at the same time. It was like they wanted us to eat and leave straight away.

The restaurant is loud and lively and was a good place to bring our children. We also really appreciated the gluten free pizza and pasta on offer - very rare!

Minus-limited parking, noisy upstairs with limited shade, as well as the traffic noise. Food and drinks on the pricey side, but the quality not up to scratch at that price point

Have been to justin lane a few times for lunch before and everything was great. This time the service was slow for both food and drinks and considering it was a 2hr sitting and not busy we didn’t get our food for an hour and a half. Definitely Expected more!

Pasta and pizza were all heavy and below average italian. Waited for cocktails for an extended amount of time and for the pasta and pizzas despite the small menu and the venue not being full.

Love the environment. Food and cocktails are great. We didn’t get our full order and it took a long time to sort out.
