   The food was great. I spent the whole meal feeling like the restaurant staff wanted us to hurry up and leave.

   Very pleasant atmosphere. Food was really poor. Limited choice for lunch (also different from their online menu) and nothing like a restaurant. Basic caesar in a pizza crust. This is not cuisine.

   We showed up at our reservation time no table waiting for an hour then we were seated near the bathroom. My wife got upset because it was Mother’s Day and we wind up leaving without having dinner.p

   Thank you for reaching out I’m sorry to hear that your Mother’s Day experience with us fell short of expectations. We understand how important this day is, and we regret that it did not go as you had hoped. I do want to provide some context, as our records show that we offered your party a table just five minutes after your reservation time. The longer delay that followed was due to your party declining that initial table and then the second table we offered you which we understand may not have felt ideal for your celebration. In total, we offered three different seating options in an effort to find one that best suited your preferences — something we tried our best to do despite the extreme demand on what is traditionally the busiest service of the year.

   Had a pretty bad experience at Josephine. Went for dinner with a reservation and was seated immediately. We placed our order within 10 minutes and received our appetizer and one of the entrees slowly but within a reasonable amount of time. The wait staff mentioned that the second entrée would be arriving shortly, but it wasn't brought to the table for another hour! The wait staff was at first apologetic but then was clearly overwhelmed and I had to track them down to even tell them that I needed my meal boxed up to go because my partner had finished her meal 45 minutes prior. They comped my entrée, but I have never been out to eat and had a meal take so long with the staff aware that it was happening.

   We went here for Mother’s Day Brunch it was not what I hoped for. There was a hair in my pancakes service was dull and slow. unfortunately we won’t be coming back

   there were not enough servers and food was delivered one at a time. four people with one rice ball. lol no spoons beautiful place but needs organization.

   Had a terrible experience for Mothers Day (5/11). It started off well with cocktails and appetizers, but from that point on it was pure chaos. We got ricotta pancakes, Italian hero, burger, pizza and eggs Benedict for our entrees. The first thing came out was the pancakes, then 15 minutes later was the pizza. We asked the server where the rest of the food was and she said she would check with the kitchen. After we spoke with her the burger came out about 10 minutes after the pizza came out. My brother looked at the burger and told the server that the burger was burnt and over cooked even though he asked for the burger to be medium. So we talked with the server about the burger and as well as the delays it’s been for the rest of the entrees and she jsut said it’s busy in a way sayings “It’s not my fault”. When an hour passed we still haven’t received the eggs Benedict or the Italian hero. So we decided to just pay our check and let the manager know what happened and she did basically nothing. I understand that on Mother’s Day it’s busy at most brunch places but I think the communication between front and back of the house was lacking and caused an issue with customers. Not only that but just telling your patrons what is going and being honest goes a long way with your customers. I wouldn’t come back to this place until it really changes.

   We loved this place, the food is good. I had the pea ravioli which was a special for Mother’s Day. The ambience and decor was lovely. The restaurant is huge, we look forward to coming back and enjoying the large outdoor seating area.

    Great pizza, Ceasars salad, and eggplant skillet! Waitress was very good and friendly.
