I made reservations beforehand and left a note for window seat and for celebration of my sister's birthday. But when I check in, they didn't really aware of my window seat request and basically didn't reserve a table for me. But luckily there's one window seat left. As it's a weekday night, the restaurant was not full. The staff was friendly but the service was really slow. Me and my sister ordered the set menu and my brother-in-law ordered the surf and turf. The appetizer dish of our set came pretty fast and it was good. But after we had our appetizers, our main dish took forever to come...it seems like the whole restaurant had the food served but except for us. I think our main came around an hour after we ordered or like 40 minutes after we finished our appetizers. We tried not to chase but we were starving.....I guess the manager also noticed that we had been sitting there with no food for so long .....Well, finally the food came and we were quite disappointed. The meat was ok, but not great. The risotto was mushy like a rice pudding (not the mushiness that a risotto supposed to be), and there's not even a piece of vegetable go with the dish. The surf and turf is on the dry side, the lobster was small and dry, the beef cooked well but tasteless. Me and my sister asked to have the dessert after we finished our main and don't need to wait for my brother-in-law as he doesn't eat dessert anyway, but the server seems to forget and end up we only get the dessert really late. Finally we finished the food after we've been arrived for more than 2 hours and asked for the bill.....it took like 10 minutes for the bill to come ...the server seems to forget again and keep running around for other tasks ...It took us ard 2.5 hour for such a simple dinner. With the price of $6x per head, I think I can get way better food somewhere else and 2+ hour was long enough for a 5-course fine dining dinner. I would say the place has good ambiance, great drink and snacking only...

While the place wasn’t too busy we waited almost 15 minutes to receive our drinks. The food came in for everyone except for me, the chicken turned out being raw. When we received our mains, while I had a delicious plate my friends received raw chicken and raw fish (on a cold mashed potatoes). So instead of enjoying our meals we were worried the whole time thinking what’s gonna be raw next. Before the renovations the food was excellent and the service was great

Ethan was delightful and helpful. I am celiac and expected to be unable to eat. Happy surprise I had several choices. The gf pizza was great.

Very slow service and infrequent check ins. Food was great and drinks were fantastic. Unfortunate that the serving staff was not up to standard as we’ve tried here multiple times since new ownership and it’s been similar experiences.

Love the new Happy Hour menu. Specials are great! Friendly staff very helpful and the Manager Aiesha is so good at what she does. Will definitely recommend and will be back!

The new look is stunning, you walk into the Rolls Royce of dining rooms compared to the previous decor. Sadly the addition of iPads on every table cheapens the experience once seated, very confusing. We came for lunch, here is my feedback: Food: appetizers took quite a while for the volume of guests in the room and a little pricy for what you get. The clubhouse they continue to serve and is still perfect. Drinks: wine list is solid and has some good value wines. We ordered a bottle but sadly the wine service does not match the decor. Overall the place looks great, they just need to work out a few kinks to have the food and service match the stunning new look.

One star for the very poor service and attitude only. Ambiance is great, beautiful spot. Food is good. But the service was terrible. I usually don’t post reviews. But I’ve been to Jess’ 3 times on different occasions since their renovations and all three times - unprofessional servers, kids really. Seems the GM either is no able to establish a level of professionalism or perhaps their kids work there and they get away with stuff. Slow, unprofessional, forgetful. Forgot my food, messed up the order the first two times I went. And the last time I went - the food took an hour. With only 3 tables to serve in the restaurant. Not being hateful, but I don’t appreciate condescending people, especially when it’s their responsibility to provide a level of service that people are paying for. Again, they probably don’t care as it’s a gorgeous stop but it could be an excellent restaurant. Service is a huge part of the experience and I would invest in a few professionals.

I’ve been here a few times now after the renovation and we love new vibe. Our server “Ethan” made our night as he was very well spoken and went the extra mile to make us laugh. We will be back! Thanks
