excelente lugar, la mesa que reservamos al lado de la playa, donde veíamos una hermosa luna llena, la atención y comida excelente. el único PERO, es que siendo el nombre DEL restaurante el del dios del sol inca, y la comida peruana, LA AMBIENTACIÓN ES HINDÚ.

Anniversary trip to Playa del Carmen. Ambiance was good. Beach location was nice as well. Service was great. Our ceviche was ok. We had ceviche a total of 6 times during our trip and it wasn’t bad, but we had some at more exclusive restaurants which were much better. Drinks were good. We would definitely return.

Went for anniversary. Very accommodating excellent service. The food was very good . Fire dancers on the sand. Need to note.. only entrance is from the beach. Music is very loud but worth the trouble to eat right in the sand . We did the lobster and ribeye.
On vacation and saw the open table reviews. Thought I would give it a try. I ordered the shrimp ceviche as appetizer. It was just cooked shrimp in a sauce. Tasty, but it was not ceviche.
I also ordered the rice with duck. “Arroz con Plato”. It was most definitely beef and not duck. It took forever to come out of the kitchen so we asked for it to go. It was not until I had it later, for dinner, that I realized it was not duck.
Very disappointed. Would not go back again.
Always good. We make it a point to eat here every year.

VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY BAD FOOD, WE WERE THE ONLY TABLE AT THE RESTAURANT, AND THE ENTRANCE IS BY THE BEACH, THERE ARE CATS AND DOGS AROUND THE TABLES
Great food and ambiance but the food took ages to arrives. We waited an hour from ordering our dinner to receiving it even though we were one of two tables. Waiter was lovely though.

Very nice place to go especially when you want a romantic dinner. The food and service was great. Ambience was outstanding ( We went at 930pm) The prices are very American though. So dont expect to pay what you would with another restaurant in the area. The stench of the water was the most unpleasant part but overall, I would recommend.

Great Service, the ambiance was amazing. You can eat, then get a sun bed, go to the beach and get a full body massage.

This was an awesome find. At first look we weren't sure we would stay. So glad we did. The Whole Fish was great. Nice bottle of wine. Great service. This is a come as you are place, but even for a fancy diner, you'll be glad you ate here

Went with a group for a bachelorette party for dinner and had a fantastic time. Our server was very interactive and a lot of fun. The food was amazing and we had a great variety. Our table was up front in the sand with a great view out to the water. The atmosphere was great for the start of our evening out.

Food was wonderful. They accidentally switched the fish tacos we ordered with someone else's shrimp tacos, which was fine since they were great. We watched two other tables get seated and then receive their food before us. Our food order was "double-checked" about 20 minutes after we ordered and then took another 15 to come out. I asked for the check and waited for at least 15 minutes before asking again and then eventually got frustrated watching the waiter stand at the cash register for another 15 minutes, so I approached him to ask what what going on. No explanation. This was not the typical cultural relaxed attitude towards time. This was a mix-up and did not feel resolved. The entrees we are were delicious, so trust the kitten light kitchen but leave your service expectations on the bottom rung.
Real beach side dining! Good menu! Only complaint was relatively loud music-----but not rediculously loud! Nice mixed aged crowd. Good cocktails!!
Excellent Massage and nice view.... The only suggestion I might make would be to add a fan near the massage tables on the terrace. EXCELLENT experience though and very friendly staff.
It. Was. Amazing. They were able to easily accommodate a group of 15, every step of the meal was breath-takingly delicious...for all of us. The drinks were spot on. And the ambiance with that view were the toppings on the cake. And absolutely perfect night out.
