   I am not one to leave negative feedback - unfortunately tonight was a total miss. Staff spread thin, management seemed uninterested to assist. Expressed a concern with Cody and he seemed uninterested to even address the concerns but refer it to his GM and OPs Director. We spend 40-50k a year with Hyde park for various events and very gracious with staff tips > 200% tips but tonight we were “kicked to the curb” in order accuracy and service. No one really seemed to care. Feel sometimes remembering the loyal patrons is important too especially when we come when there are no events in town. Sad to see Cody didn’t care and passed us onto someone else. We expressed a concern and not a complaint - but no one was receptive. You lost a loyal customer and company that did business with Hyde Park.

   Server have me a old fashioned with high west when I asked for a High west neat. Came back with the a neat high west but the wrong high west. Servers were constantly re-asking questions and didn't seem to know their own menu.

   Second visitto Hyde Park from Phoenix AZ. Everything was excellent from the greeting at the door to the last bite of dessert.

   We were here in town for a conference. On our first night we had amazing food and service. It was so good we came back the second night and had great food but poor service. I believe someone was in training..

   Second time visiting this location. Food was top notch per usual. Service was a bit off this past visit (small pour on a martini, no bread, and strange lull refilling water). Food was super fast.

   Our Mother’s Day experience was wonderful! We only had to wait a couple of minutes before being seated. Our waiter arrived shortly thereafter. He answered our questions. They have a large selection of alcohol and wine. The Moscato was so smooth. The lobster bisque was full of lobster pieces and was delicious-the best! Also the best was the Miller steak with filet mignon some lobster, asparagus, bearnaise, wild mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted of alcohol, which was my only complaint. My husband also had a filet mignon, which was so tender. For sides, we had roasted cream corn pancetta and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon marmalade. My husband generally wants to be paid to eat Brussels sprouts, but he liked these! For dessert, we had a flourless chocolate torte for free in honor of Mother’s Day. Wow, such a chocolate flavor! Hyde Park has been our favorite since we visited one in Cleveland several years ago. We inquired of the waiter if there was one in our home town. Yes, it was being developed, and he researched the location etc for us.

   Food was ok,filet was chewy….. ambience was nice, low lighting, decent noise level. $25 to park, staff was great. I had a party of seven, to be seated they walked us up two flights of stairs in the back of the restaurant. Thankfully we did not have anyone that required wheelchair access.

   The atmosphere was beautiful and was only out done by the excellent service and amazing food and drinks! Our waiter Tony and the rest of the staff were amazing and made our experience even more memorable and enjoyable!

    I was disappointed with both the food and service during my recent visit to Hyde Park. I had made a reservation based on strong recommendations from friends, but unfortunately, I don’t foresee myself returning. When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready, so we waited at the bar. While I understand delays happen, it took 10 to 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and when someone finally did, the bartender’s attitude was noticeably curt. It set the wrong tone from the beginning. Once seated, the service continued to fall short. We were offered bread but never received any. Our waiter even acknowledged that it was still missing, but it never came throughout the entire meal. This lack of follow-through reflected a broader inattentiveness. The waiter rarely checked in on us. We had already made our selections before being told about the specials, which was a missed opportunity to highlight premium offerings. I was asked once if I wanted a wine refill when my glass was still full, but no one followed up again. These small details matter, especially at an establishment with a higher price point. As for the food, it was underwhelming. My steak was served medium instead of the rare I ordered. The crab cake had a decent crab flavor but nothing else to elevate it. The salmon was similarly one-note. At this price level, I expect a more refined and dynamic culinary experience. For a restaurant with such a strong reputation, the overall experience from inattentive service to lackluster food fell well short of expectations.
