Service was non existent, very disappointed compared to other Hurricane locations

Service was slow to start had to wait ten minutes to be seated when they were not busy. Food was good.

Always a great place to dine. Been to surfers every year for the past seven years and we always make sure we dine at Hurricanes, ticks all the boxes. We love it

I thought the alcoholic drinks being $18 each for a very expensive for the Pina coladas, The service could have been better as a couple of times the waitress forgot my requests and had to apologise on two separate occasions, If I am paying good money I expect better service.

I enjoyed the seafood salad and the ribs, husband liked but didn’t love his steak. Toddler burger and chips were impressive. The hostess was not pleasant and seemed to have an issue with having kids there (she seemed to have false notions that it was a super fancy restaurant) even though it was at 6:30 sitting and every other table seemed to have kids there.

The bets place we have been to in a long time. My husband has been looking for decent ribs for years and we have always been left disappointed. But after dining here, we were amazed!! Everything was beyond perfect!!
Ribs were next level and so tender, cant wait to come back

Food was very poor in relation to the cost - much better options available for dining out.

We are regulars to Hurricanes Bar and Grill in Sydney, so you can imagine how disappointed we were when the ribs didn’t have the same flavour. The taste was less Smokey and was far inferior in taste there was just no tang or oomph, which was really sad. Plus for 58 for a full rack and 48 for a half I would of expected more meat. The half rack was practically the serving size as the full but neither rack had an meat on them. So utterly disappointed.

burgers are tasty, will return for the burger. Salads are simple and over priced.

We weren’t offered second round of drinks and had to call a waitress over. Same for dessert so we didn’t bother ordering dessert

Food was terrible, order the wagyu steak, pork ribs & rump ordered everything medium-well came out burned and over done! Paid $88 for a steak that was burned to a crisp, pork ribs were so porky we couldn’t finish them! Definitely would NOT recommend don’t waste your money

Food was excellent and highly recommend. Service was non existent other than just drop things off. But no logically order of delivery of drink and food other than what ever comes first.

Great food and ambiance.
Waitress was fast to take our orders. Wasn’t keen on the table we sat at, at the entrance. Felt in the way and rushed. More is needed to ensure kids meals are nice. My son kids chicked was burnt. Asked for BBQ sauce and he was given tomato.

Usually, my husband doesn’t like any ribs, but Hurricane’s pork and beef ribs sold him already :)

We love the food here which is why we always eat here when we are on the coast however the service was really lacking this time which was a real shame. We will probably try elsewhere next time.

Love Hurricanes always take family and friends there. Only place I go in GC
