As part of our quarterly Wine Series, journey through Tuscany with HEIST Restaurant + Wine Club. Our co-host, STEM Wine Group, will be sampling wines from their impressive Tuscan wine portfolio. Tuscany is our spotlight region for the remainder of the year. We will be featuring a selection of the finest Tuscan wines at our Tasting Events, Wine Gala Dinner, and as part of our regular menu offerings at HEIST. $9 for three tastings - additional tastings available for purchase. At this event, guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines directly from STEM Wine Group; all of which are not available at the LCBO. Join us between 3pm-5pm for this special event!

Great time yet again. We noticed that the gnocchi could use a bit more sauce (sauce was so delicious) and the chicken for the chicken parm was a bit dry. We get this dish all the time and probably just a one off as it is fantastic every other time. Steak was cooked perfectly!! We requested a specific server (Ann) but she was busy with a large group! No problem at all but if it was her, we would have had the best experience!

This was our first time at Heist. The decor is very contemporary and the tables are spaced far enough apart that you are not really hearing other table's conversations. The cocktail menu is extensive. The wine by the glass is a little skimpy for choice so sharing a bottle would be better if you can agree on a choice. We both had the shrimp cocktail, sauce was great, presentation was wonderful and the shrimp were a generous portion. One main was the braised lamb, very tender, good sized portion. I had the tenderloin 4 ounce. The meat was what you would expect with such a tender cut. The only criticism I have is the au jus - it left a film on your lips that I did not like, not sure why it did that. The server was friendly and atttentive. My guest got the impression that she was being hurried a bit, I thought it was just making sure we were looked after. Go again - sure!

Very enjoyable night with family and friends. Great food wine and service. Glad to see it was a vibrant place and many others also there having good times as well in a great atmosphere.

One exceptionally loud table nearby made it impossible to have a conversation and was very irritating. The food was well-presented but a little salty. Grilled rapini was burnt.

My husband and I went for our first time tonight and will definitely be back !! The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing !!!! 10/10

We were welcomed by a friendly hostess that showed us to our table where we were greeted and allowed time to settle on our order. The specials were explained, the food was delivered in a timely manner and the presentation was great. Our selections were prepared as requested and, since we were there for a celebration, desert was specially presented to recognize that event. It was our first time visiting Heist and it definitely won’t be our last!
