Nicely balanced menu, eggplant a consistent favourite! Tried a new Australian wine and really enjoyed. Ambiance is nice, reminds me of midtown New York. Service quietly attentive.

Service was exceptional. Food was fabulous, correct temperature, tasty and well presented I ordered a steak rare. It came medium rare. I did not send it back. It was good just not as requested Oysters were very fresh and tasty. My partner enjoyed the duck pizza, liked the crust…found the sauce over powered the duck a little Theses are only suggestions. We will return and try other selections

Absolutely outstanding restaurant! The food was exceptional as was the atmosphere. We had the oysters and they were the best we've ever had. The pizza was a beautiful thin crust with a generous portion of toppings and the salad was crisp and fresh. Overall a wonderful dining experience.

A great place to enjoy a delicious meal! A little pricey at times; but, I guess if University students can make it a date night, than a retired person can't complain. You definitely get what you pay for! A place to definitely put on your Kingston visiting list!

It’s a nice restaurant and the food was pretty good but not great. The service was not great. We waited 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there and the server was ok after that but again not great. So many amazing restaurants in Kingston so won’t be rushing back.

We had a wonderful experience for our first time at Heist. Everything was wonderful especially the food. We will go back again. We were less impressed by the drinks. My husband didn’t like how his drink was prepared and a beer was served in a can. Otherwise hard to find fault. Serving size for desserts were large and could have easily been shared.

I went with my boyfriend for a nice dinner out and our server was lovely. She recommended the chicken parm which was delicious. Overall loved our experience
