Overall the current 3 course menu was tasty. Just enough to fill us up.

Very different to the Ritz Carlton in London from memory. A little too similar to what Perth already has to offer.

i would say this is one of the best restaurant in Perth. Food is delicious and looking is fabulous.

Second time at Hearth and the food on both occasions was outstanding.

We had a wonderful experience at Hearth Restaurant. It definitely felt like a special night out with some foods we wouldn’t usually eat.

Lovely venue with flavoursome and intriguing food, stylish presentation and a complimentary wine list.
However Management should try and avoid over servicing tables. No more than 2 waitpersons per table in our view to avoid annoying repeat questions. Overall excellence.

The waitstaff were fantastic- special mention to Mark who was superb and went over and above on every interaction.
Food was amazing- every bite an exquisite surprise.
Sat in the entrance to the restaurant and felt slightly like we were in the lobby.... but were offered the chance to move and didn’t... so our decision really... but I would recommend to others to not make the same decision. The upside was it was probably slightly less noisy....
The set menu was really manageable in that a choice of four per course didn’t overwhelm but offered nice variety.
We loved the experience... will definitely bring our interstate visitors post COVID. Thank you again to Mark.

Overall the concept, quality of food, friendly service and overall ambiance of the restaurant is very good. We had a superb entree, and a relatively good experience of the main meal (my wife's gnocci was nicely made but the sauce was not what she expected.) The desert was an outright fail. It was nothing more than some frozen berries, rhubarb and other stuff poured into a bowl. It just didnt work and we felt rather cheated. I am lactose intolerant so all deserts were off the menu for me and the only compromise was the frozen fruit without the whipped custard - so I felt it was like an afterthought.

Left feeling slightly 'up but mostly neutral.

The food was fresh, cooked to perfection with unique flavour profiles.

Overall was great. Only reason for 4 star not 5 was the dessert in our 5 course deg missed the mark a little. Ice cream a bit gritty and just not up to what the other 4 courses were. Tomato salad entree was amaze balls !!

One of us got quite ill post tasting menu meal, so not our greatest food experience 😔

Warm greeting, nice table, nice ambience, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food good not great (my entree was very very good however), wine list ok but could be more extensive. Service good but hard to get service toward the end of the meal (and given this is the Ritz and the meal/wine was expensive we should not have to have empty glasses 2-3 times that night). We had a nice night but expected a little more from the Ritz.

Food was sensationally divine - delicate but very tasty.

Unbelievable food and service. The wagu and duck mains were incredible.

Absolutley wonderful. Every single bite was bursting with interesting flavour. Cooked to perfection. The wait staff were incredibly attentive, especially Mark. Will definately be back with friends soon.

Outstanding food presentation and skill levels
Service was patchy, lacked the 5 star finesse. Waiters/waitresses very nice but need polishing up for the venue to be noted for its experience.

Was given a $400 voucher for a birthday last year and enjoyed a lovely lunch at Hearth recently. Our lunch came to @ $200. However the restaurant would not allow us to reuse the voucher again. Basically saying we had to leave the additional funds behind. They refused to reissue a voucher for the remaining $200. Very poor service and left with a sour taste in the mouth. Rather then waste half of the voucher I paid for the lunch outright. Poor effort!!

Way too much rare meat and the flavours didn’t work well together for the dishes I ordered. Husband enjoyed his seafood dishes though.
Service was good and the venue was nice.
Unless they changed the menu though, I don’t think I’d return.
15% public holiday surcharge is rather excessive.

A very good dinner as always at this restaurant. Even though the restaurant was pretty full with lots of families it wasn't noisy and service was was still prompt. I highly recommend the Hearth Restaurant 😀

Stunning New Years Eve dinner,well worth the cost. Matched wines were perfect. The servers were attentive but not intrusive and the menu was delightful. I admit I was struggling to eat the final desert as I was so full and the restaurant let me take it up to my room which I appreciated. I can't say anything negative and will do it again in 2021😁

Really outstanding restaurant, all the courses were amazing and really delicate. totally worth it for an occasion.
