   Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food. Always make our family feel welcome and the sashimi is top notch. Highly recommend.

   Due to supply and cost, some super premium items are not available despite it being limited. Which we understand during the recovery. I wish this will improve a bit. However the price we paid is very reasonable. We travel from Los Angeles and AYCE in CA is never this good. Quality and price. We shall return.

   Birthday Dinner, My Partner and I . He had been recently, wanted to return, this was my 1st time. Upon our 2 pm arrival , greeted and seated promptly , 5 mins, server arrived , provided water, left then came back, 10mins ?, took drink/ appetizers orders and about 15 mins later I received some of my order , but still no Tea for my partner, asked again, 10-15mins went by, asked another server , still no tea or appetizer's for my partner, so by about 25-30 mins total , he received his tea, still no food. Another server arrived , asked what he ordered, but they should have it documented , by this time we realized is was not entered. Both server's communicated to us ( they were short staffed, had call off's, one with a slight attitude towards our communicating our concerns. not cool ) We both voiced our disappointment at the wait times and were about to leave, when the manager arrived, with some food ( not his order) but provided numerous apologies and then asked us to remain and that he would comp the meal. That was all good, appreciated, as we are just regular folks, that like sushi , and I can't even remember ant other time we felt like leaving a dinner, especially for a birthday, all of a sudden food started appearing ??, the meal was comped, the main server ,then sincerely apologized, was eventually tipped and the food was delicious. Suggestion , Just let people know , before they enter , or our seated , that you are short staffed or made a mistake , that would have addressed the situation, we would of understood, especially in today's never ending COVID climate.

   We have previously been to Hayashi 3 or 4 times. This visit was a bit of a disappointment. No liquor license yet no mention of this on their website. Even the menu still had their BOGO deal for Hayashi Lager listed on it. Service was spotty as we had to ask 3 times for more water. Nice enough person; just needs to move faster. Food was for the most part good. We got served mackerel when we ordered yellowtail. The yakisoba was terrible as it was runny. No salmon teriyaki. We may try again but we will give the new ownership some time to straighten thing out.

   The Neighbourhood was frightening. They didn’t have a liquor license so we had to go across the street to buy beer and wine. The food was actually good but they gave us plastic glasses to drink our wine and beer which was disappointing.

   One of the few "all you can eat sashimi" anywhere. Unfortunately empty when we ate there, hopefully some good reviews will get them good business as the restaurant is huge with a great large screens showing hockey games and fast service. Allowed us to order the sashimi we wanted.

   As always, the sushi was great! The value excellent. The restaurant was not busy so orders were prepared rapidly. The only mild complaint was our waitress. She had to be reminded of things, she was not familiar with the menu. She was very sweet, just lacked experience.

    We dine here often. Our experience on February 14. 2022 was excellent. The quality of the food and service was great. Servers were friendly and engaged with customers. Sushi was very tasty and fresh. We had a wonderful Valentine dinner. Service and the food quality is everything to me. The price is on point with quality and quantity you get. Thank you, until next time.

    The waitress that served us name was Jill. Jill’s level of service was awesome. She was serving at least 5 tables including our. She checked on all her tables very frequently. She never showed how busy she really was. The food was very well prepared and served. The reason why I didn’t give all stars was because. The skewers they serve are very very small portions of meat.”it’s like they chopped up a half of piece of meat” The pho soup was horrible. I don’t know if it’s the water they use or however they make the broth but I wouldn’t recommend. But I promise everything else had good flavor. I would recommend this restaurant especially if you love sushi. I’ll most definitely will be coming back soon. On exit all the chefs took the time out to say goodbye I thought that was awesome!!!!

    Sushi rice was cold, and varying flavor. Sushi rice portion under nigiri sushi to large and dense. Some items were not as fresh as I expected. Waitress and hostess did a great job. Many items were unavailable.

    We have not been to Vegas before and came across this restaurant when looking for available venues. On the way I was a little nervous as the area it is situated in felt unsafe and hazardous. We arrived at 4pm and there were 4 other tables occupied, it felt a little empty and I wondered if we had made a bad decision. We were however very pleasantly surprised by not only how fantastic the food looked and tasted but also by the outstanding customer service shown by all employees - our waitress Lauren was so attentive and patient with us, my son has autism and likes things to be specific, she was so accommodating to his wishes and went out of her way to support his needs. If we had chance we would definitely go back, the price is such good value for money and we can't thank them enough for a lovely time

    If I would have been told as I was being seated that they had no liquor I would not have stayed. The server stated that they are under new management and were not serving liquor. The taste and quality of the food were alright, nothing that I would say fantastic, as there are other AYCE sushi in the same area.

    Wow! What a great find. Our waiter Caesar was fantastic. His mission was to stuff us! He accomplished his goal. The tuna and yellowtail and eel were as good sushi as I have ever had anywhere. I had a spicy tuna roll and a salmon skin hand roll. Everything was great! The restaurant was clean, the service was great. Nothing but love coming from me!

    The place didn’t even look open. It was our anniversary and they didn’t even have alcohol but the table behind us were brought beer. The sushi was sub par. The sever was nice but we will never go back. They need to close down and reinvent themselves.

    Amazing service, I tried to make a reservation for 8 people. The closest time was 2.5hrs, so I ended up making two 4 person reservation and asked if we could sit together upon arrival and they were able to accommodate us. The manager and staff were very polite and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and I would recommend anyone who wants sushi in the local area to go there.

    They are going through a change in management and short staffed. Food was mostly excellent a few fails but well worth the price paid. The 3 hours we spent there might have been a bit extreme but the bussers saved the service. Waitress not so much.

    Our waitress was Sam and she is AMAZING. It was our first time there and she really made sure that we were taken care of. She gave us good recommendations and always made sure we had water. The food that came from the back kitchen came out pretty quickly while items from the sushi bar took longer. The seafood was very fresh! Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone on staff was nice and attentive!

    Really great AYCE sushi! They were understaffed so a few items weren’t available but everything else made up for it. The food tasted incredible, the server was hustling his butt off with a smile, and being from SoCal the prices were great. You have to try the dynamite roll and the affogado was AMAZING!

    Staff members were very friendly and nice. It took quite a while for the sushi to arrive but that’s because they make it fresh and put it all on one plate, looks nice for picture.

    No host, server could not handle multiple tables. It was only two of us but only one of our foods came out within 25min another table got all their food and we got there after them. So we left. Nobody even acknowledged us

    This is an update of my previous review on 2/14/21. Gave Hayashi a second chance and was glad we did. Very friendly server and great value for all you can eat sushi. This is not a high end on the Strip type of space, but AYCE includes almost EVERYTHING on the menu including appetizers, soups, cooked foods and deserts, Large selection of sushi/sashimi not normally on AYCE like soft shell crab, octopus and both salmon and yellowtail kama. This visit was not in the middle of Covid reopening and not on a holiday like the last visit. Much nicer experience and the same great food.

    Food and table service excellent, as always. Was not thrilled with attitude of gentelman who sat us, when we did not want to be seated next to the bathroom. We were sat on the other side of restaurant and had an excellent server.

    I purchased all you can eat Sushi for my family of 4 and only recieved 6 rolls the entire time. The first round came quick but the second round took over and hour. I will never eat there again or recomend it to friends and family.

    For all the people who gave negative reviews for slow service or not getting seated and not getting your food - you are full of it. We went last night (Friday, April 2nd). Had reservations at 7:00. Arrived at 6:40. Was seated at 6:55. Had menus and AYCE explained then started ordering. Food just kept coming out. We were Mr. we more than 2-3 minutes without food. It was a great pace to eat and we had constant attention with drink refills and requests to see if we wanted to order anything else. This restaurant is excellent!

    It was an amazing sushi buffet. Service and food were amazing. With the pandemic going on. It’s totally understandable that they were understaff, but our server went far and beyond what was he required too. Though he was taking orders from tables, to running food, and managing. Our server never forgot about us.
