   A+ restaurant! The food was super fresh and delicious. Our waiter, Tim, was very attentive and was wonderful. Great atmosphere with the harbor in the backdrop. We left with full bellies and will definitely revisit!

   Food was excellent and server was very good. First time eating at this restaurant and we will definitely be back!

   We went for brunch on Mother's Day, which was their first Mother's Day experience. So, I will give them some slack. The food was excellent. However, our reservation was at 12:30 and we sat down at 1:00. We didn't get our cocktails until 1:25. Our waiter was nice and efficient when at the table, but disappeared for lengths of time. This tells me he had tables all over the restaurant. Our salad was supposed to have avocado, and arrived without any. Theyh finally brought it to us, but not until after our entrees had arrived. My wife asked the perosn who delivered ourt food for soy sauce, which she never brought. My wife ended up getting up and asking another waiter to bring some (which he did quickly). She also had to get up to find some salt. Overall, I think they need to better train the staff and prepare for big occasions. the restaurant was packed, and I think it will do well. We will return, since the food was excellent, with many varied choices. The chef is one of the best, if not the best, on the island. I just think they need to get abetter handle on the service.

   Another FABULOUS experience at Havens Harborside! It’s been a long time since we visited a restaurant on a big holiday because it usually epically underwhelms- service is usually awful and the food disappointing…. NOT AT HAVENS! We had absolutely delightful service from the moment we arrived where we were warmly greeted and once sat down we were well taken care of by friendly, professional, yet always down to earth staff- every one of them offering excellent yet warm service. Yes, it’s a team! There’s a water gal, a food runner, a manager on top of it all making sure everyone felt welcome (as well as running food when needed for the many large groups today!) and of course our main server, Lyndsey, was excellent. Being Mother’s Day, there was a lot of new choices on the menu where chef Zach, recent Aipono award winner for best chef, was really able to shine! The dishes were innovative with BOLD flavors and the pastry chef outdid herself with the French toast (by far the BEST I have ever had!) and dessert chocolate raspberry torte was over the top decadent, rich and creamy! What a fantastic way to celebrate Mother’s Day! Thanks Havens Harborside team! You were working so hard, (serving an absolutely packed house!)to make everyone’s experience special… and it was!!    Went for lunch with my husband and toddler. Food was amazing and the service was great too. The staff made as feel welcomed even with our energetic toddler. The place is beautifully renovated with views of the ocean. Will be back definitely 👍🏽

   The Havens is one of the best. This was the first time I had dinner there. The food was excellent, full of flavor. We still talking about the restaurant the day after. We will dine there again

   Went for our anniversary and we come to Maui every year. First off staff was awesome! Had wedge salad and Focaccia Bread for Pupus. Ribeyes and scallops for dinner along with Lobster Mac and street corn for sides. Ube Velvet cake and cheese cake. Everything was very flavorful and definitely was a great meal. We each were able to have what was left of our steaks for lunch the next day and tasted just as good. You get what you pay for and dollar for dollar it was a great meal. Have paid a lot more for a lot less since it’s not cheap to eat out on the island. Will return each time we visit.

   Amazing service from our server. The food was excellent as our steaks were cooked well. Especially the Tomahawk that was a special for the night. The drinks were also delicious and worth it.

    Our server was absolutely clueless. Had no answers to our questions. Moved at a glacial pace. Drinks arrived sweating as they sat so long at the bar. Food temp was off and taste was bland. Our party of 7 ate elsewhere after paying $555 whicj included a mandatory gratuity for the lost server. If it wasn’t for the great conversation and optimistic attitude of our guests we would have left after receiving crappy drinks. Too bad because the view is great.
