Everything was great except the music was too loud so we couldn’t carry on a conversation with our friends . We asked to lower the volume but were told they could not . The music selection was great but just a little too loud . Food and service was awesome!

OMG its awful. Three years ago it was our favorite place. Its nothing soecial st all now. Such a shame. We went on St. Patrick's day and ordered the corn beef skillet. It was bad. We will never be back.

My long awaited visit to this restaurant was a great dining experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food we had was delicious and generous. The only complaint I had is that we had reservations and people without reservations walked in before us. Oh and the fact that they have removed the Chicken fried steak from menu was a huge bummer but besides that I would definitely recommend. Two thumbs up from me!

Firstly, service was amazing. Portions huge but food just so-so. Kind of bland and nothing special. Definitely not worth the $$$. The whole restaurant smelled of cigarette smoke from the casino downstairs.

I’m going to blame my below average meal on the pandemic. Firstly, the menu has been greatly reduced; but more importantly, they have ruined my favorite meal, the chicken and waffles. This dish used to serve airline chicken breast, (the ones where the chicken wing is attached). Now the plate features a dry chicken breast patty that immediately separates from the breading when you attempt to cut it. It’s a sin how poorly the chicken is prepared. At least the waffles were still good, and contained bacon inside. Additionally, if you want an appetizer, it better be bacon or zucchini; those are your only choices. Lastly, we waited 15-20 minutes before a server made it to our table. It was near the end of service, so I will assume that was the reason. As Vegas reopens, I hope Hash House returns to their previous quality, but for now, it’s a disappointment.

Poor customer service by management and host. Disrespectful and how to properly talk to customers. Open table allowed me to make a reservation at 10:00, arrived to be told kitchen closes at 10. Im explaining WHY did they accept my reservation if kitchen closes at 10:00, manager and host were TOTALLY disrespectful and refused to serve stating i needed to be there before 9:30, my reservation DID NOT STATE THAT.

The children running the check in downstairs were horrible. I had made a resv when it was required ( about 3 month before our trip). Sent my husband to check in and the little girl told him “ we don’t take reservations” and “dismissed” him. I then pulled up my email went and showed her and she was “ * rolling eyes* we don’t take reservations now. So I asked her if they would not honor my resv and she did, but wanted us to know she didn’t want to. Once we got upstairs it was actually delightful. Our waiter was AMAZING and the food was as usual very good. The awful employees downstairs almost made this a bad visit but made it up in the actual restaurant. That being said, I will not go back to the Linq location again. The in your face - what are you going to do about it attitude doesn’t work with me. Never had problems at the Plaza and will go back there.
