Drinks were taking forever and food was ok, but not worth $51 for a trio of meats, some chips, a pinch of slaw and a pinch of beans. Need to tighten up the basics.

Our waiter went above and beyond to make our experience one to never forget. Can’t remember his name but we were on the balcony.

Hard Rock is centrally located making it easy to access. The food and service was amazing on the night we went which explains why it’s important to book a table to avoid disappointment. Would highly recommend.

We arrive late and they kept the table for us everybody was really friendly and the food was excellent and the band was very good to nice to be able to do some dancing would definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants a night out

We had great service and a fun time playing musical bingo. Enjoyed our dinners and drinks, we consumed more food and drinks staying to play more which is probably their plan but we didn’t mind.

The food, singer & atmosphere was awesome. The only thing that was disappointing was when I was questioning which cocktail would the waitress suggest & I specifically asked if the one she was suggesting had any wine in it, she said 'no' so I ordered it, I knew after my first sip it had wine in it, I called the waitress over & asked again whether the beverage contained any wine, again she said no, I told her I swore I could taste a white wine, she then informed me that indeed the beverage contained Prosecco in it, she laughed & said it's only bubbles, not really wine.... I made a promise 15 years ago I would never touch a drop of wine & now that is ruined, I guess it doesn't seem bad but I asked several times only to be lied to.

My sons 7th birthday lunch. They did all they could to make it special for him.

Worst service. Table was wobbly when arriving, was then placed at a differnt table in the middle of all the foot traffic for outside and all wait and bar staff. Our table and chairs were knocked and bumped constantly
Drinks wernt right and waited almost the whole meal until they were replaced
When we complained at the end the wait staff said there was nothing they can do about it.
Extremely unhappy and won’t ever be returning. This is now the second bad experience at this venue
And had no help or apology even from staff or a manager.

Hard Rock is always our go to place when eating out at a restraunt. Service is always amazing, food is absolutely lovely and always come out quick with little wait time.

Lunch - music way too loud couldn't talk to friends. Too dark. Vegie burger average not much flavour, bun was not fresh, chips n Mayo was very good. Asked for outside in booking but it was unavailable when arrived. Service good. Wouldn't go again.

Our waitress was Zee and she was fantastic. Made our night, with great service very attentive.
It was extremely loud with 2 tables yelling and yahooing, we could barely hear ourselves speak.

We are locals and the kids like to visit on their birthdays. Unfortunately this time we were seated on the edge of the stage and the band started not long after that. And there ended the conversation! I noted in the booking that it was my daugthers birthday but no acknowledgement was made. Very lacklustre experience.....not the usual fun vibe.....The food was very good however and very generous servings.

Family friendly dining, Friendly service. If you want to say you went to a Hard Rock Cafe, go but there are plenty of other restaurants around to choose from if you're after a truly memorable dining experience.

Bathrooms were a mess, scruffy dirty ladies toilets that smelt bad and toilet paper all over the floor - no one had cleaned them for a while. Ribs were dry, beans and coleslaw were tasteless. Chopped salad and wings were good. Used to love going here. Wouldn’t rush back again - was sub par. The waiter was terrific and he was rushed off his feet.

Over priced and below average food service was very slow
