The service was amazing, our server did an amazing job of taking care of us. My partner was driving so he couldn’t have any alcohol because he was a P - Red Plater so we ask if we could have a substitute. Our server did just that by honouring for a mock tail which was just as tastier. The food was amazing from the Entree to our Mains and then our Dessert. I was so full I had to takeaway the rest of my food. We will come back again for sure.

Love love love Hard Rock Cafe. We’ve been going there for years when we’re on the Gold Coast. The food is amazing and the cocktails are even better. The music is always great to listen to and the team that work there are always amazing we always look forward to coming back

It was too noisy and the sat my family literally right in front of a live band. It was too loud for us and we couldn’t talk to each other. Not a family friendly environment

Relatively basic menu of burgers, steaks, ribs, salads, etc. Food was prepared well and delivered promptly by friendly staff. Live band were great, sit outside if loud music isn’t your thing while eating / talking with friends/family

Food was delicious l, we enjoyed the music bingo very much and staff were fabulous.

Food prices were a bit expensive. Also the chicken wings were very spicy.
One issue that got me annoyed was that the moment we walked in I was told that we need a mask for entry. So I had to walk back to our hotel to get them. So we got our masks, walked up the stairs sat down and removed our masks. Such a stupid exercise. It is not your job to enforce mask wearing. If you want to enforce mask wearing then maybe supply them to your guests. Based on the price of your food I am sure you can afford it.
Also maybe spend more energy in getting people to sign in with the QR code because no one was checking that. I believe that is more important than wearing masks up a flight of stairs.

We had a nice meal and everyone enjoyed the food and the service from waitress was very good. The only downside was the price, this was expensive when compassing to similar places.

Food was okay but not worth the significant price increase on menu items (two burgers, one starter and three sodas cost over $80 which is ridiculous). Service was hard to come by - even though there were plenty of staff members, we had to wait 20 mins to receive the bill at the end. Also, the ambiance was only average as there were tradies working on the light fittings while we were trying to eat. Workers standing on ladders, on counter-tops etc is not really an atmosphere conducive to enjoying your meal. Surely, considering the venue opens at 12, jobs like this could be done before trade commences?

We love the HRC at Surfers Paradise. Can’t wait to return again soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Hard Rock, very tasty food, cocktails and mocktails were very nice and we got to walk away with souvenirs.

Terrible & overpriced food. Cocktails tasted like syrup with no alcohol. Services started off good but went downhill very quickly. Overall, average, overpriced, wouldn’t recommend.

Very expensive food. Mashed potatoes were under cooked and hard lumps in them, a side of veg consists of nothing but broccoli, all food was just average but priced to be exceptional.

We have made the Hard Rock Cafe in Surfers our must go venue at least once a week. Family and friends now insist on going there for meals when visiting us. Staff are always happy, friendly and very helpful. Keep up the excellent work as it is our favorite venue.

The wings where delicious. Main course was cold and a bit tasteless. Service was excellent and the music was good, though it was very loud. We overall enjoyed our date night out.

Really good atmosphere ; excellent , attentive service ; food is good , if not just a tad pricey - but tasty and well presented. You wouldn't go there just for the food though. It's the vibe ! My party had a great time.

The food is consistently amazing. We have been 3 times recently and they always run out of the cobbler dessert. Maybe they should make more.

Great place to have dinner, staff were so lovely and cheerful, food was delicious and overall a great place to go out to.

Made this booking for my wife’s birthday. When we got there they didn’t even care we had booking, sat us anywhere and didn’t even acknowledge my wife’s birthday. I also requested a high chair in the booking and when I got there I had to repeatedly ask them for a high chair for my baby. Won’t be returning or bothering with the booking system anymore disappointing experience

Food was amazing! Sat out on the balcony and music a touch loud but they did offer we could eat inside but chose to stay and was not a big issue. Great location and friendly staff.

Overpriced food was ordinary service was awful with people who can’t understand what you were saying use to come hear a lot but will definitely not be going back disgraceful

The chicken tenders are really good, and I thoroughly recommend them and also both the Espresso Martini and the boozy version of the Hot Fudge Milkshake.

As expected from a hard rock, friendly staff, decent food and decent range of drinks. Expensive, but the big meals justify the price.

The restaurant was looking very tired and is in need of a face lift, it lacked any type of atmosphere and the food was very average. Service for wait staff was ok. I would not recommend this restaurant which is a shame as it used to be a cool place to go with good food.

Was excited to see the band ramjet for my buxs night only to be declined and told to come back later at entry
Missed out on 2 hours of the band due to this which is what myself and 7 other people had been excited for all evening as are fans of the band.
Venue seemed empty once inside.
Was planning on taking my family and friends for lunch of 25 people on sunday but went elsewhere due to my disappointments

The band ramjet was excellent the staff were excellent very accommodating helpful polite and friendly the food was normal as expected Hardrock burgers, tasted all good but overall excellent night.

Great day. Fantastic waitress. Great food and cocktails as usual. Drinks a bit slow but it was busy.

As an apprentice chef Ive eaten some pretty good meals in my time but the burger I had at HardRock was easily the best burger I've ever had & same with the cocktail. More on the higher side price wise but 110% worth that little bit extra
