The food was amazing and the staff were so lovely and helpful!
Service was dreadful. Over-cocky waiter who forgot to deliver wine so when food arrived before the wine we told him to forget it.
Bessere Erfahrungen in anderen Hard Rock Cafes. Sehr laut und Personal nicht aufmerksam. Essen war fantastisch. Aber lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.
Excelente ambiente y servicio, lo que yo recomendaría que la música en vivo comience un poco más temprano pero fuera de ahí la pasamos muy bien!
Great food but the chips were not very nice. The atmosphere was great and the service was good but was a little slow. They had live music and great cocktails.
Food was good, like you would expect from hard rock. Service wasn’t good: we got the wrong cocktail, first we got our burger before our starter, but they have send it back to the kitchen. Then we received our burger while we were still eating our starter. Eventually we got a free coffee for the bad service.
Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Am besten hat uns allerdings der Bau und die Ausstattung gefallen.
Food could be better. There was no sauce at my burger, they brought the wrong pommes frites, there was one food on the bill that we didn't take, my friend had indigestion in the evening.
Reservamos mesa por Internet y no terdaron ni 5 minutos en sentarnos. Ambiente genial y la comida estupenda, como siempre
I love going to Hard Rock Cafe. Love everything but the prices. They are way over the budget for an average portuguese family so going there must be an happening. Everything else... Lovin' it.

Très bons hamburgers .. portions importantes .. serveuse très agréable . Peu d’attebye.. ambiance sympa ,un peu bruyant mais cela va avec le concept

We had our young daughter with us and she enjoyed it as much as us.

The service was very cool and helped us with our bad English. We got our food very fast and it was very tasty. I don't have there any negative to say. Later a band was live playing and this was a very cool experience but it was sometimes a little bit too loud, but it was okay. All in all it was a good evening.

Sitio recomendable para ver la decoración, incluso hay un Cadillac en techo. Suele estar lleno, mejor reservar con antelación.
A very nice experience, it was our first night in Lisbon and it was totally worth it. The venue is awesome, the food was very tasty, the music brought a lot of memories, but it's definitely the staff that makes this place unforgettable!! LES SERVEURS SONT TRÈS AGRÉABLES ET BLAGUEURS, ON RÉCENT IMMÉDIATEMENT UNE BONNE AMBIANCE EN ARRIVANT SUR PLACE. BIEN PENSER A RÉSERVER. TRÈS FACILE PAR INTERNET. REPAS TRÈS BIEN.

Great food and ambience. The music selection is always awesome. Although there should be a wider variety of dishes (I mean salads and fish), the quality and the flavours' mix is spectacular!
However, the prices are a bit high and that is the reason why I don't dine here more often.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place as you'll spend a wonderful and funny time with the help of the staff.

Good place for a new experience
We had the perfect birthdaydinner for our 12year old daughter. Loved the decorations, the music and the waiter! Very positive experience! 😃
I used to be a regular client but it was sad to see how service is not good at all starting from the guy at the door who looks disappointed when I told him that I have a reserved table.
Best Hard Rock ever for service and atmosphere; one big party. A couple of minor food glitches and a heavy price tag for Lisbon but otherwise great fun.
Another greatt expérience ! But you should reserve online if you want to wait a while.
Quick service, lovely food and friendly server. Only down side was we got there early and wanted a drink in the bar but with all the bar stools taken and blocking the way to the bar it took a while. When we tried to sit in seats further away from the bar we were asked to leave them, more bar seating perhaps! But overall good experience 😊
we live in Portugal and we really love the Hard Rock Cafe, we already joined your place several times and we will keep coming back, The Hard Rock Cafe have one of the most outstanding decoration that make me, my wife and kids in love about the place... But, when you add an amazing service provide for us by "GINGER" (Gonçalo) it makes our time with you a really "perfect day". The price is quite expensive if you compare with other portuguese restaurants, but we know that when we come to Hard Rock Cafe it's not only the food that you're paying for, all the enviroment act as a real Rock Museum which makes it worths. For sure we will return again

Birthday brilliant value and great service friendly staff
Worst dinner in Lisbon, average food and poor service. Eur 115 for four burgers and drinks (no alcohol) is insane expensive in Portugal. Stay away and spend your time and money on local food
