   Took my daughter for lunch and it was a great experience. Food was good and service was great . Ambiance was amazing. Parking was kind of a challenge but we enjoyed our experience

   First interaction was with a Hostess who was very off putting. We were reserved to sit on the patio (which was fine) but asked about potential inside options due to wind and told none available (even though the restaurant never filled up). As we were debating whether to keep patio or eat in the bar area she stood by our table and said unpleasantly “so what’s it going to be- in or out”. We then said well maybe we will get a drink out here on the patio and if a table is available inside maybe we could move, to which she replied “you can’t move. Once you order you can’t move.” The answer was always “no” which is not a good vibe. We stayed on the patio which was nice except for the occasional obnoxious traffic sounds. Waiter was very attentive and good at his job. Everyone’s food was excellent. The chowder and she crab soup were very meaty and hearty and big hits. Fried chicken and mussels were raved about as well as crab cakes and grilled grouper. Would return for sure with a confirmed Inside seat. Hostess needs guidance or to find another job.

   Wonderful dinner at Hanks. Our server, Russell, was extremely attentive, checking in often enough without hovering. I know that he was observing when it was time to come over to the table. The raw oyster sampler was a great start to our dinner and the entrees were excellent and perfectly sized. Drinks were good especially the blue cheese stuffed olives in my martini.

   Not great, not bad. My husband and I had dinner reservations and got there early to enjoy a few happy hour specials first. I was really excited to try the ceviche but was underwhelmed. There just wasn't much flavor to it at all, needed acid and salt. The oysters were good and I thought the drinks were well priced for happy hour. For dinner, my husband had the seafood a 'la wando which was really tasty. Again, I was underwhelmed by the tuna tartare, which I was hopeful would be amazing as it's labeled as a Hank's signature. It was just really lacking flavor again - it just tasted like raw tuna with nothing else. I also had the baby gem and radish salad and was hoping for something more refined. The cheese just looked like shredded cheese and there was an overwhelming amount of it. Our drinks were nice, I had the magnolia gardens (very spirit-forward) and my husband had the low country julep. Glad we tried it but probably won't be back - Cameron Mitchell restaurants have better, similar dishes by far.

   Very underwhelming, we experienced quite a few holes in service, the food also just didn’t hit the mark we found it to be bland and just lacking. This was my first visit to this location, it is nothing like its sister location in Charleston.

    We had four different meals and I would rate all of them very good EXCEPT the house salad was all weeds with a good dressing and shaved vegetables. But the lack of any real lettuce was underwhelming
