The food was great. Barramundi was crisp with a beautiful risotto base. The prawn linguine was nice but not like any we have had before. Italian families exposure creates expectations as how exactly it should be. The sauce was nice but maybe it was over boiled. Service was friendly but inexperienced. Nobody seemed to know how the OpenTable system worked. I have noted special occasion at the booking so one expects basic decorum & grace. Upon arriving a friendly but very loud lady started asking in front of my guest & other patrons if I had a discount voucher or Groupon booking? I felt very embarrassed. Showing her the OpenTable email wasn't sufficient. The other waitress was later asking if I had a barcode or similar they should scan. There was few trips back & fourth by The staff to the counter to find out how it's meant to work or be billed. The value of the offer is great but it's well advertised, on the website/ OpenTable and very clear. In my view billing needs to be sorted low key at the counter later not in front of other patrons or the guest (s). Despite good food, location, parking & atmosphere I felt very awkward & confronted rather than welcome upon arrival. I know it was not deliberate. I also know it's a matter for the owner to properly brief the staff before launching digital media & internet marketing.

Very disappointed as I had booked on-line and received email confirmation. Also telephoned on another occasion to request an inside table due to very hot weather on Friday. On arrival (right on time) I was told there was no booking made - which was not a good start to the evening. Also water for table was not cold - had to ask for ice - in all a very disappointing evening.

The food was really good and really generous servings. However, the service was pretty poor. It wasn't the fault of the waiting staff - there just wasn't enough people on to serve. Having said that, the food came out very quickly and was really delicious. It had a good, casual vibe. I would definitely go there again.

Food wasn't that great. The noise level was ok and the service was good.

Great spot for casual meal with warm atmosphere and well prepared meals. Only fault was they did not have ours and others bookings written down but fitted in all good.
