   Fuimos a celebrar un cumpleaños, y en general es local esta muy bien y los empleados muy atentos, la comida de calidad no muy abundante, tuvimos un problema con el plato principal de salmón que nos encontramos un pelo largo, y encima le toco a la persona del cumpleaños, después de hablar con el encargado nos dijo que era raro por que nadie en cocina tenia el pelo largo ( como si no nos creyera después de encima tomar 2 botellas de vino y gastar casi 200 libras 4 personas con un menú que ponen de 20 libras mas 5 de postre... ) , y a todo eso descontando un menú que no cobro por la incidencia, pero si cobraron el postre y encima aunque nos ofrecieron otro plato no lo cogimos por que se les quito las ganas de comer... y luego aparte es un restaurante que cierra temprano.

   Hemos estado varias veces comiendo dentro y también fuera. Por supuesto lo hemos recomendado a amigos. Excellente en todos aspectos incluyendo confort y locación.

   This is a particularly good restaurant, with fabulous bar, the ambience even when quite quiet is lovely. The current fixed menu food offering was excellent, food was beautifully presented and delicious as usual. Also there is a good range of wine, reasonably priced for quality “by the glass”. Service was attentive and pleasant: front of house team was on the ball from welcome and service to providing bill. We shall keep coming back.

   Lovely meal at the Ham Yard. We had the Hake and steak off the set menu, with hispi cabbage side and all were delicious. Not sure about the red pepper in the chocolate dessert, though… Overall, though, great with superb atmosphere and friendly staff too. Will definitely return. Thank you!

   My favourite place to eat in London. Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, food and service an oasis in th3 middle of London. Love it !

   Always delivering outstanding service, but our recent experience with Alexandru as our waiter was exceptional. Food was heavenly and my dairy intolerance was catered for without compromise. Keep up the good work Ham Yard, can’t wait till we meet again ❤️

   I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your restaurant, as we were quite disappointed with our experience. To begin with, when we arrived, the host was unable to locate our reservation in the system, despite us showing a confirmed booking on the OpenTable app. Even after we reiterated that we had a reservation and provided proof, she insisted that it wasn’t in her system, making it feel as though the issue was on our end rather than a technical error that should have been handled internally. This created an unnecessarily frustrating start to our evening. Once seated, we also noticed a lack of consistency in how guests were addressed. The waiter referred to some members of our group in a polite and welcoming manner while addressing one individual—who is of a different ethnicity than the rest of our group—in a noticeably different and less respectful way. This discrepancy in service was uncomfortable and unacceptable, as every guest should receive the same level of courtesy and professionalism, regardless of background. Given the cost of our meal, we had high expectations and were looking forward to an enjoyable dining experience. However, the combination of the reservation issue and the service left us feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. A strong customer-first approach should ensure that every guest is treated with equal respect. We wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that future guests do not have a similar experience.
