   Service was great & sides were good, steak was below average! Not what I expected for a steakhouse, especially with Gordon Ramsey’s name and Wagyu beef!

   Not a fine dining restaurant. Just an expensive casino restaurant. Food excellent but service ambience and noise level took away from experience

   Came for our 18 year anniversary and was such a special experience. Food was delicious as to be expected from a restaurant of Gordon Ramsey caliber. Can not wait to go again!

   Amazing service from start to finish and the food was very impressive. Thank you for making our 29th anniversary so memorable . Totally surpassed our expectations!!

   With limited restaurant choices in Richmond we found this restaurant to be very enjoyable. We had to ask for another table as they did the typical restaurant thing and placed us in the corner at the kitchen door. Once we moved tables we had a nice experience and really enjoyed the food. We had the beef Wellington for 4 of us, it says it’s for 2 but the portions is good for 4. This allowed to order the beef tartare, tuna tartare, crab cake and mushroom risotto which was to die for. The service was good, attentive, but they did lack a polish that you would find at other fine dining restaurants, I believe it was due to inexperience but overall it was delicious food , great atmosphere and good service. I’m giving 5 stars because the efforts were sincere and we left happy.

   The value is really just not there. The beef wellington was falling apart. The ribeye was average. At $106 for that steak, way overpriced.

   Our waiter Michael was fantastic. Excellent detailed attention towards our 8 year old. He made sure she didn’t consume the Black Forest because of the alcohol. My husband enjoyed his birthday dinner … maybe a little too much. I have had the Wellington during the taping of Hells Kitchen when Christina won, then at Gordon Ramsay’s steakhouse in Vegas, this one was the best. Kudos to the staff well done!

    The food was some of the best food we've ever had! Excellent service and all the little touches made you feel like you truly were having a special dining experience. I have been a fan of Gordon Ramsey for YEARS and this experience did not disappoint in any way! I will absolutely be coming back!
