I had the crab cake, filet mignon and gouda mac and cheese. Followed by an array or sorbet. Everything was delicious! The seasoning on the steak was perfect. Staff was very kind and made some great suggestions when I couldn't decide.

The steaks were melt in your mouth amazing, great flavor. The shrimp was cook to perfection and the honey glaze was incredible. Never disappointed when we go there.

Had a reservation but still had to wait a while for a table. Ordered rack of lamb medium rare and it was over cooked, barely any pink at all. This trip was not worth the price. We have eaten here before and it was great. This trip, not so much.

We decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary at Gordon Ramsay's since we had such a great experience in the past. However, our visit on Sept. 14, 2024, was nowhere near the quality experience we expected. Upon entering the restaurant the front desk staff seemed rather cold, somewhat welcomed us and mentioned our anniversary in passing. We were shown to a two-person table in the middle of the aisle, right next to the entrance. Since there were several empty 4-person tables and booths close by and out of the aisle, we asked to be seated in a booth or someplace else. The person seating us said those were reserved for larger parties, and said if we wanted something different we should have specified it in the reservation. Not too long after we were seated several of the empty 4-person tables were seated with just two people, the opposite of what we were told. The traffic around both sides of our table became like Grand Central Station, with servers and customers coming and going, and the noise increasing to where we could hardly hear each other talk. Our views around us were of other customers, the entrance, and the kitchen. As I remarked to my wife, where we were seated looked like the "Hot Chocolate" scene from the movie "Polar Express". While our server was efficient, she was nowhere near the professional we experienced before. She was friendly enough and listened empathetically to our complaint about the seating arrangement. She echoed the front desk staff in that if we wanted something special it should have been requested in the reservation. How was I to know? We asked to speak with the manager, but was told was in her office and could not discuss the situation with us. In my opinion this was not the expectation for a high-end restaurant and a $300+ bill for two people. We could have had the same experience at an Outback Steakhouse for less than a quarter the price. Unfortunately, we will not be visiting again.

The only solid complaint I can make is that the music is high that even my husband (29) and I (27) —both have no hearing impairment—had to talk over the speakers to hear each other and it felt like we had to yell, not a comfortable thing to do in a nice steakhouse. If I didn’t have to compete w/ sound system to be able to talk to my husband during my dinner, the experience would have been much more elevated and would’ve stayed for desert and port wine.

Always an awesome experience and food. Our go to place for meetings and personal dining. The whole staff is just friendly and so attentive. You receive a smile at all times and they always sharing options on what you have a taste for. You will get the best service that will make your dining experience well worth it all. Food is delicious and awesome drinks. The servers just is spot on and like family. Repeat customers get greeted with a hug. This by far the best place to dine and experience GREAT service and food.
